If ariana even gave small hints that this was going on then she could have definitely saved soo many lives and it's important to protect the children and teens. They are the future. Hate how she didn't even care to appreciate Jennette even after becoming super famous. Like she still has time to say about it so future kids can be safe but no Mrs ariana just won't say a word against Nickelodeon or the team. Sad.

I agree that it is not victims job to forgive the abuser. We need to find a way to acknowledge it as deeply as we possibly can and then let it go. @@CONE57CONE57 You shouldn’t owe your abusers forgiveness, if the abuser has no genuine remorse in what they did, there is no point in forgiving them. Forgiving is letting go of the resentment and vengeance towards someone that has harmed you. Victims shouldn’t have to forgive them.

As a survivor of horrific abuse and torture, I always advocate forgiving your abusers. Our souls need peace. But forgiveness isn't condoning the treatment, nor is it continuing the abusive relationships. It's an acceptance and release of bitterness.
This is important for the soul's growth and evolution in peace and balance within self.
Holding grudges poisons you from within and keeps you in victim mode and mentally and emotionally fractured.
When one is unhealed, they constantly blame, shame, and project their anger and pain onto others and this is unacceptable.
It's not our fault how people treated us, but it's our responsibility to be away from them and heal from the trauma.

Jeannette McCurdy is a Rolemodel not just for young women but young men too. It’s ironic how She chose the ‘less glamorous’ life compared to Ariana yet in my eyes she’s the true inspiration. Jennette’s mothers situation growing up is remarkably similar to my own although unlike Jeanette I was blessed to have a caring mother. Jennette is a truly strong woman deserving of recognition and praise unlike the false idols and celebrities that are paraded around as being the figures young people should look up to. Yeah it honestly seems like she still already did. Forgiveness is not excusing their behavior and hurt that they’ve inflicted on you. It’s not even about liking or respecting the person again. Why would anyone like or respect someone who would still hurt you throughout your life. No one would want anyone else to go through this but I’m not talking about staying at hating them forever even though that’s normal at first realization, because there is no rest from stress for those that stay angry at them. She needed to heal and find her own identity without her for once. It’s so hard since she did not have a positive mother figure either when that’s all she needed. Forgiving simply letting go and not letting her and her huge painful and abusive actions of the past steal your joy.
It’s more about self healing than excusing the other person.
I didn’t know that someone hearing that what they have been through was abuse could cause a panic of their entire life and deny it to protect their past life and identity since her mom orchestrated her identity. I only see that after she explained it herself.
It’s so heartbreaking that everyone knows her at the price of all of this abuse when she needed to be a kid with a good family. I pray that she is slowly but surely getting better with all the support she needs. This is very tough.

All the time, bad people usually are the fastest ones to have kids, and for all kinds of self serving reasons, keep their partners, get money from their partners, sell the kids for money (like these stage mums do), etc.. A scary thought yes, but why do so many people have children so carelessly and thoughtlessly?! The answer is precisely that most are just doing it for self serving reasons. A lot of women, for instance, just do it to secure their relationships and make sure that they get more money in the advent of a divorce. Amber Heard for example just had a child to better her image and try to get away with a better court ruling, that silicone valley woman who was accused of fraud also just did the same. I think personally that forgiveness is not about the person who hurt you, but about you allowing yourself to move on and let go of the situation. You don't have to do that, especially when you're not ready yet. It can take years to get to that place and that's okay. You can move on your own pace.

I've learned over the years that she had issues and I was just a child trying to please her mother. At 18years of age, I didn't know who I really was....my mother told me who I was and expected me to live up to her demands. As time went on, I was very confused and needed help. I was making terrible decisions in my life that affected everyone. This went on for years. I didn't realize I needed help until I hit rock bottom and was placed at Teen challenge with counselors and other women. This forever changed me and God has brought much healing in my life. Today, I am 56 years of age with a counselor and doctor that have been a blessing. I can look back now and realize it wasn't my fault. I have forgiven and God has turned things around. Through counseling, I learned to set boundaries so that I could have a healthy relationship with others. Boundaries are key to your self-worth.

20 years of therapists tell me to go no-contact with my mom. I can relate with hearing the most disgusting and unloving thing from a parent that you are supposed to look up to and have on a pedastal. When I left and decided to get help, to go on the inner healing journey, my mother began doing this to my daughter, to the point my daughter went to court to give right to my mother and didn't tell me until after she did it. She told me my mother told her not to talk to me about it, but it was something they had been planning for a while. My daughter looks empty inside, brainwashed, ill, lost... I went to open house with her for school this year and she told her teachers her grandmother has been gaslighting her. They laughed, so did my mother. They asked why my daughter drastically changed her appearance; she used to dress up for school, do fun make up, and dye her hair different colors to express her art outwardly. Teachers were shocked to see he with short blonde hair and wearing pajamas to school. I pointed at my mother and said, "she made her do it." My mother said, "I wanted her to cut her hair and be a blonde for her senior year, she did it to make ME happy!" The teachers laughed, meanwhile I was standing realizing the teachers weren't even realizing what was being confessed right to their faces.
This story has inspired me to get ahold of higher authorities to speak the truth. Thank you.

Anorexia can weaken the heart muscles & case all sorts of diseases including heart disease kidney failure
Jwanette's mom & Dirty Dan could've killed Janeanette. Both belong in prison.
Luckily the heart is a strong muscle and heals quickly. And it seems Jeanette is physically healthy and safe today tool

I can't even watch anything with child actors anymore without thinking they are being, at best, manipulated, and at worst being horribly abused in one way or another. The terrible demise of many child actors, or their cries for help with drug use or psychotic breaks, etc. is so heartbreaking. There is much evil in this world. But, there is also much good. And everything good is due to God. Turn to God and away from evil. Jesus is the way, the Truth and the Life. It's not an easy path, but a righteous one. I hope her story brings others to Truth.

Ariana Grande is the one who accepted the abuse for the top fame she has now. As long as youre quiet youll get all the opportunities like what Usher has because of his silence on Diddy's abuse. Justin Bieber will speak out really soon. One thing I also noticed is that the mothers of these children are the ones who put the kids through this.
Every Nick kid had a mom who wanted them on and ended up breaking up with their husbands who said to keep an eye on the kid because the mom wants the fortune from their kid's fame.
These people are savages and literally pimped their kids to these monsters.

I think Ariana hasn't put the pieces together yet. Also, she may have not had as much abuse as Jeanette, abusers pick the most vulnerable and Jeanette was more vulnerable having come from a dysfunctional, poor home while Ariana had more support from her parents. I don't think Ariana has deliberately ignored or accepted anything. People often cope by staying busy and blocking out stuff. She will process in her own time.

There’s just this pure honesty that we humans can bond through. Unlike my niece who grew up in a loving family but once her mother punishes her, she rather blame bad parenting instead of thinking about her action as that cases consequences. These predators are everywhere and if ppl stay quiet they go on doing any and everything they think they can get away with. As for forgiveness. I loved that. I'm sorry some ppl just dont deserve that. Its sucks when you have to cater to others and the only way you can breath is if an abusive person in your life passes on.

It’s a result of how many lives you uplift and make a positive impact in my eyes you are inspiration and a hell of a force compared to someone who’s still in a rut and consistently needs to prove to themselves where they are in life.
