Fueled by next-gen technology, Mortal Kombat X combines unparalleled, cinematic presentation with all new gameplay to deliver the most brutal Kombat experience ever. MK fatalities, while brutal, tend to be smooth and choreographed to some extent. Meanwhile here, there is no flow of motion, Mileena’s pain was actually expressed, and we actually witnessed her struggle and die, as opposed to where in fatalities they die in the smoothest ways possible

km cuty Well we’ll have to wait longer because she isn’t even gonna die in the next game because that’s too short considering the fact that Onaga will return as the next big bad main villain in Mortal Kombat 11 so since shinnok,quan chi are both dead and Outworld looking for her,there’s no way she would hide that long.
That’s the reason why onaga would return as the next main villain instead of dark raiden and no doubt devorah her self would work for onaga since the dragon king has plans to take Outworld back for himself to become ruler of Outworld once again and devorah would be happy to see Kotal Kahn and his forces defeated by onaga and his undefeatable mummified army.

km cuty We’ll have to wait to see and I was mentioning devorah and how Onaga will be returning in the next game and devorah will work with him not melena. However there is a chance melena could be alive and hiding while the melena that died was only just a clone.
It could also be possible that this new timeline has references with the old timeline.
Instead of Shao Kahn making a clone that also caused the clone to get killed by deadly alliance(shang sung and Quan Chi). It’s probably melena who probably made a clone only to get the clone to die by devorah. So there is a change that melena could still be alive and hiding.
