- I have finally made it out to my home park Six Flags St. Louis for their 50th Anniversary season to check out all of the changes this year. And let me just say, there were a LOT of changes. With 2 rides being removed, to the switching of locations for Catwoman Whip to all the improvements that were made over the off season we will cover it all in this VLOG!

why is it that corporate hates the St. Louis Park : when was the last time we had a new ride : if you count Fireball and Spinsanity and Supergirl : thinking maybe 2022 will be a used troika. just as a joke : it would be nice if six flags takes care of the parks that were originally built by six flags instead of the parks bought out by premier. it is kind of sad.
I love riding The Boss at night! The way it’s built into the hill, it gets sooo dark at night!

Sfstl is soaring. The park is so much more enjoyable had vastly improved the appearance of the park and the attendance has looked like it is rising. I think the management might have finally figured out. Hoping they rmc Boss pretty soon.
Can't agree more. I love Six Flags St. Louis, and thoroughly enjoy this park. Some updates like an RMC Boss and a massive 300+ foot or something massive to bring in some major enthusiasts. Overall a nice clean up and some updates would be epic!

With the drop tower being removed, we will be missing a Superman themed ride. Maybe Superman Ultimate Flight???😃
I went on Superman once....and only once. It just felt like getting the wind knocked out of me. Tidal Wave was fun at the beginning, but I rarely went on it in the past decade. I haven't been to Six Flags St. Louis in several years, but I went out and ordered a season pass, and I am excited to be going several times over the season. I am planning on going opening weekend. Fun fact around The Boss. Do you remember when a guy took a challenge to ride it consecutively for a long time....I want to say all season? Or something like that. I can't wait to ride old favorites and new rides that I haven't ridden yet.

The plot of Land left by tidal wave is perfect for a free spin or a raptor.

I have to go back up there to reride The Boss and Mr. Freeze. Plus I missed out on Screaming Eagle.
Rip Mooncars. That was the first ride I ever rode, when I was 4 or 5. Its sad to see a ride so close to my heart go.

I was supposed to go here on the trip I’m on right now, but they’re gonna be closed on the day I was supposed to be there. But yesterday I went to Worlds of Fun, and today I went to Adventureland!

Best way to get over your coaster fear is to tell as loud as you can when you go down the first drop. This helped me get over my fear.
@@DestinationThrills yes! I think people hate me because I always scream loud right before the drop. I call it my “preemptive scream” it really helps though 😂
Batman is smooth. And has a seatbelt latch type harness . Mr freeze is what scares me with the way you're held in with only the locking gears
also! the new lights on Mr. Freeze are super sick
and, boomerang is running a lot smoother than it was a few years ago, like you can see in the off ride footage it's not making the access stairs shake at all like it did past seasons, maybe they put new wheels on it or something

Six flags St. Louis is also my hometown park too and honestly i kind of knew they would get rid of superman because every time i go there its always closed and six flags knew they would have to shut it down for good and i actually hate drop towers too lol but i hope they put a different superman ride there hopefully either way il still ride whatever they put there

It is always good Togo home. I hear they are going to put the Batmobile in that spot in the line! I agree with you. I feel like the park has had a lot of small but good improvements.
That would be sick if they do!! Glad the park focused on some of the little things. Also saw the LED lights in the Mr. Freeze tunnel. Such a great addition to the ride
i love the led lights in the mr freeze tunnel because then i can see the faces of horror my friends make lol
I hate that they got rid of the bumper cars for a played out ride from sfot
Can anyone tell me ...can you buy tickets at the park the day you go cus I'm getting extreme mixed message from their stupid and useless website and phone number .... One message said yes but it's more expensive another message said no but if you do it's more expensive ??!! Cus I plan on taking my daughter on August 28th for her birthday I'm not trying to get then get told we can't get it !!

I was just wondering when does the park close in St Louis because in Illinois we close at 7 and I was just wondering because it was dark out
Resident here who goes there all the time, i’m pretty sure it closes at around 9, and i think it’s extended to 11 for fright fest.

Yea sf is making big moves at all the parks sfog is taking out 2 rides so should be seeing new attractions coming every year at all the parks hopefully that’s what they should do instead of putting all there money into magic mountain in my opinion
