Most of those machines look as modern as 1800's. That chain making is sooo primitive compared to modern chain making equipment. Must be a very polluted country. Any water there still fit to drink? I guess life is pretty cheap there.
Inefficient processes. Lack of cleanliness and hygiene at work. Child exploitation. An example of how things should not be done. The world would be better if these things didn't happen. I don't blame them, they probably have no other choice.
The set up of that first factory is shocking, people picking up the metal pieces from the floor and throwing them into a wheelbarrow that they could have thrown them straight into, heating the slugs of metal on the floor and throwing them up to yet another container. I couldn't keep watching.
You have to remember the conditions they work in. They are in another country, not America. Some places choose not to have certain technologies to make things easier. Or don't have the funds to purchase them.
The bench and chair has not been invented around their campfire. The equipment is from Queen Victorian Indi'er.
Gool
Oh, those chain links were welded. When did that happen.

Nice work
Thanks
They solve almost everything with human force (which must be the cheapest there) and hammer blows. Regrettable.
Right
Shouldn't these kids be in school
Great work

So much double handling. Each process should go from one container to another, not on the floor to be picked up again and again.
Yes you are right

Some of the worst welds seen. Throw some paint or chrome over that and add a big “ass” sticker promoting your Butt at high pressure.
