    That speed > strength > more gains so true. Man you put those rows out of reach for me week 2😂. Do you have a best 1rm pull or chin before the forearm issues ?

      My best pronated pull-ups is 80 lbs. 8 was up to 75 lbs for a double when I felt a pop in my left radial brachialis. I was really hoping to hit 100 lbs. I've gotten back up to 70.5 lbs neutral grip, but it still feels a bit sketchy.
      I'll be shooting for 135 lbs for 12 on the kroc rows next week.

      And that pronated # was better than any neutral or supinated you did up to that point ? You will blast past there soon when healthy .

      @spencergraziano6840 I never trained anything but pronated back then. I switched to neutral because I could work around injury. Looking back I probably should have varied my grip more.
