      No, just add water to bring the temperature down and you can proceed from there

      If you don't want to refrigerate then you'll have to add preservatives, stabilisers and other ingredients to make it shelf stable

    Can it be Boiled without soaking for 6hours to soften it

      Yes, soybeans can be boiled without soaking. In this case, it's going to absorb water while boiling and swell up. The boiling time however can be between 45 mins to an hour. Overboiling can destroy necessary nutrients in the beans.

    Removal of skin is not easy.

      It's easier once the beans are boiled. You can also use a blender. Pulse the beans with water for a few seconds and the skin will come off easily.
