Never been put into the same catagory as a whitney or mariah or anyone else known for their slowjams and ballads(where voices are celebrated more), yet janets slow tracks have always been amazing and underrated and hardly ever been celebrated for them or mentioned amongst the greats when voices are spoken about..

Whole damita jo album was hit. She was the happiest with Jermaine at this time you can always tell by her music.
He actually had nothing to do with this album (thank god) but he did ruin the next one after this when he took creative control for 20 YO
