@@Bobrp For android you'll need a Tile or smart tag.
A few errors to point out. First, you didn't disable the speaker, so the speaker in the air tag will start beeping which will alert someone that there is an air tag and exactly where it is. This is a good video telling you how to do that ( ruclips.net/video/8vAQNedIa0o/видео.html ).
A thief will never hear the AirTag where I put it. Wink wink, wrapping a AirTag in cotton will mute the speaker.

2:10. Why buy it on Amazon? It's the same price directly from Apple - buy direct, cut out the middle man and his profit (Bezos). If something ever goes wrong, you can deal DIRECTLY with Apple, the manufacturer and seller instead of fighting Amazon customer service. Always buy direct if you can!
I get free shipping and points if I buy on Amazon. No Apple store in The Villages either. But, they should look into putting one here.
