Yo, your bearded buddy helped me put my boat on the trailer a week or so ago at an unnamed boat ramp. I sent you a picture of our camp site. I was landing my boat in 30 mph winds with a six year old. Can't thank that dude enough.

I was just rewatching this and man it's so nice to have that paddle holder on the handle of my flint. 16:10 while u fish looks like it would have been handy, but u do a hell of a good job man. Love doing trips like this I have a 27 mile trip that takes 3 days to do it comfortably and have time to fish just take some potatoes and aluminum foil and salt n lemon for the fish always a awesome trip hard to find people to go with I'm 56 and love the outdoor life!!!

Nice flatheads there Spencer, good deal buddy, course you’re probably saying that too! lol! I know late summer thru late fall( and the more fall rolls along) is the best time to catch the biggest flatheads! And the few weeks before the water temps get down to 50 degrees and below, is the very best time to catch that big one, once that water gets below 50, they’ll ( flatheads) will hole up somewhere and not move too much, and they’ll usually be stacked up in a deep hole like cord wood! But hey, I don’t know why I’m telling you all this, it’s something you probably already know, right buddy? My bad then! Hope you catch a Giant before the water gets too cold for them! 👍👍🤘

These have been almost exclusively flathead videos. Which I enjoy because we're in spawning season in Tennessee and the shallow bite couldn't be hotter.
I remember the days of a Teachers salary, it sucked then and it must now. Teachers should be paid double what they make. Especially now when you're risking your very Health and Welfare to Teach our Children to be the Leaders of tomorrow. LeAn decided to quit and still got her Masters and has had a wonderful 35+ year Career in Special Needs. You don't stop teaching because you're not in a School, merely change the dynamic a bit. Sadly more money too. Great Video!

Should come to kansas and float the arkansas river down to Ark City from Wichita. 60 miles of flathead heaven. Massive white sandy beaches to camp on at every bend.

Great vid 😁. Those all would've been great eaters. Great friends, great food, great fishing. We got an eleven cubic foot freezer just for fish and filled it half up in the last two weekends with twenties and smaller. Caught three ten inchers between the eyes. All three over 70. Big ones are on. I'd suggest you fill that freezer before the election no matter what side your on and as always keep your powder dry young man 💪😎.
I kept one last weekend and thought about ya. Ate it already. Took 5 meals though haha. Those are GIANTS! Were they flatheads or blues? Almost made the trip down your way this weekend, but had already made plans up here before I got that invitation. You do the same sir!

its crazy how low to the ground you guys sleep when you camp! here in southern AZ I have to use the cot that sits about a foot high because the spiders snakes scorpions and all the other crazy looking bugs that roam the desert. But nothing scares me more than the male Dobson fly
Nothing like that to worry about here. We have dobson flies. Kinda funny those scare you more than rattlesnakes and scorpions.

I found your channel a out 8 months ago by chance I'm a bass fish mainly but I do like to catch cats as well usually night fishing. I'm in Ohio and now have plans on getting a kayak but I'm a big 290 will they hold that kinda weight with all my gear??
Unfortunately for big guys, your options become more limited, but a nucanoe frontier 12, wilderness systems Rader 13, or Jackson big rig are all kayaks that wouls work for ya. There's other options, but those are 3 good ones

I prefer the heavy power for flatheads and blues.

Put your boat in at saylorville and trolling 0.5 mph around the mile long bridge with cutbaits out the back. The channel cats are going crazy!
