I think if Charlie learned to control her powers more then she could beat Alastor but right now I think he would win (also we kinda forgot about all the other overloads? like angeldust would not win in a fight with rosie.)
After the first season was over, I do believe that with enough harnessing of her abilities, Charlie can be more powerful than Alastor, but given what happened that season, she’s only powerful with her dad so far. Yes she hit Adam into the ground but she had her fathers help, just like with fighting Adam beforehand. Currently Alastor is more powerful than her but she has more potential as princess of hell.
I could be wrong, but looking closer at the clip it looks like it's Lucifer's hand that swings Adam to the ground, but Charlie did stop Adam's initial attack.
