    I can't thank you enough for all the very detailled descriptions you give. I miss theses technical advices in my class. Now I feel that my basics are gonna be so much cleaner that before. Thank you again for your videos, from France !

    Thank you, great progressions and explanations! I don't have daily access to a hoop so I love drills that can be done on a pull-up bar and on the mat without a hoop 💗

    Thank you so much for breaking down all the steps so clearly! I don't have a hoop at home to work on but the floor exercises should help. Really appreciate it!

      you are welcome. And yes, if you do the floor exercises with some ankle weight, you should get a good piece on the way to the tuck mount

    I can't invert with straight arms. Have you some tips?

    • @karinodermattcoach
      @karinodermattcoach  2 года назад

      It is a bit hard here on the short. You could send me a video and I can give you some pointers on Instagram. You could also bend the arms at first to get the legs up and then straighten them once the feet are up. But in general just keep working on lifting the legs with straight arm- they will get higher and higher. 🤗

    Dammm… you are so strong, so beautiful ❤
    Other than aerial, do you spend how many hours with strength training at the gym?
    Wanna be like you … one day🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍

      Thank you.That is very sweet of you to say. I spend most of my time in the air. I do floor based strength but more like rehab for shoulders and mobility based strength. Other than that hanging, hanging, hanging,...

    Are these effective if you have to use the top of the hoop to do them when you don't have the height to do them from the bottom?

    • @karinodermattcoach
      @karinodermattcoach  Год назад

      Yes of course. It can even help in the beginning to get your feet under the bar easier.🥰

    Does the tuck mount need chin-ups and pushups strength?

    • @karinodermattcoach
      @karinodermattcoach  3 года назад +3

      Very good question. You don't need a entire chin up but it does have a pull and push movement in the tuck mount. First- even if the arms are straight- you pull and start lifting your legs, once you come up- your arms start to push, so your legs pass under the bar. Core training like leg lifts is essential.
