    Absolutely love the rawness of it. Heathrow is obscenely close to the studio track and Phil's drumming is sublime.

    I was shocked to see Level 42 played in Alabama back 1982 !!!!! Then googled it to find out that it is a venue in Germany, makes sense now.... LOL

    Thanks for the archive . Those tight jazz-funk grooves are great . Can't blame the Gould bros for leaving when Mark sold his soul for the $ .

    I don't think anyone shreds a bass like Mark King while keeping up such a second drummers tempo.

    Phil gould had the best sound ..loved the tunning of his kit ....tasty. also boons playing on dune tune fits so well..best

      Well, there was actually a slur in it wherein he referred to King's playing with " negro thumbs". Sometimes it's better to not know German.
