Ok i picked number 2 and it gave me chills. I felt like it resonated w me soo bad. I lived in a very very old 2 bedroom apartment and found out the hard way it had a very bad spirit. Every night i had spiritual attacks and always heard evil voices in my ear and always seen something sit on the edge of my bed at 3 something every dam night. Till it drove me to attempt suicide. 7 days in ICU. I knew my apartment was haunted so my family called our church priest to pray for me when i made it back home. I dont remember much when he was praying only when he was done my head hurt and my hands sore and throat. When i snapped out of it everyone in the room was crying. Mind u all 10 family members were their including priest. The priest was shaking with fear. They said my fingers went back like all the way and my throat was swollen up and my feet twisted and the room was cold with fog and i spoke in tongues. It started when he started praying over me. Then they said i calmed down and it felt peaceful. After all that happened i packed up all my things and moved out. Ive been gone from that apartment since Oct 26 and i feel peace and the attacks went away and i freak out with myself now cause i would never ever try hurting myself. I was attacked by a really evil spirit and now since ive been gone nothing but good is happening in my life. ❤❤❤❤ just had to share. Evil is real and so is god ❤❤❤❤

Omg. That’s awful. I started to experience some uncomfortable nighttime disturbances and was panicking about what to do. For anyone reading this, I burned sage and Palo santo (see YT for videos) and I was so thrilled it worked. But I’ve had to continue to do it regularly. I’m doing it weekly cuz I’m so paranoid. And anytime I feel anxious or very upset, too.
#2 I am now coming out of the darkness, so much has happened in the last few weeks it’s incredible. Being stuck for so long, repeating the same old things my life was not moving forward, my friends say they don’t understand how I can be so positive with all the crap! I have such strength from the spirts nothing will overcome me, I won’t let this darkness win.

It was a huge wake up call and, looking back, I’m glad it happened bc I like who I am becoming more than who I was. Pile 3 really resonated. About a week ago I had a realization that part of my life purpose is to help people Embrace and work through their Shadow aspects. This is always been something I've worked on even as a teenager. I started studying spirituality and journalling my journey through working on my own pain and past traumas at a very young age. So now I just have to continue doing that inner research while doing my writing until I'm ready to bring that message to the public.

I got pile 3 and It IS my life in a nutshell, I've litterally let go of everything in my life, career, friends/realtionships, inner healing/growth, and in alignment with my true purpose, its ALOT!! This path has been a process of several years where I got severely physically and mentally ill, obviously that journey turned my life upside down but through that difficult and deep healing process, I was able to gain connection and access to my true self again, by letting go of actually everything. I'm still in the process of this change because it does take time, but I do feel like I'm on the other side, now looking to relocate where Ill be starting my New Life, and its all brand new because all I'm really taking with me is everything that I've learned, and how much I've grown, its a huge blessing, but its really a harrowing journey in some ways, bless and take good care!

Group 2 and I've been going through an awakening since like July this year, but my mindset has been changing a lot and I've finally been focusing on my dreams again. I'm letting go of negative mindset & memories of the past, and I am so ready to move forward. So it's great to see things will be shifting from the darkest part of my life to the lightest.
Group 2...I got chills on the sun & devil! This last year and a half have been brutally transformative for me. I’ve always been skeptical, thinking magically with very active fantasy daydream lives, but with doubts. I was in a dark place, deep depression. I could only find comfort in meditation and being in nature. I live on a lake and stayed in my kayak like all the time. One day, while the lake was draining, my yak got away from me and I swam for it. I couldn’t make it, and the wind picked up and I also couldn’t make it back to the sandbar I swam from. There were stumps throughout, and I spent some time screaming and crying for help. I have dreamed my entire life of drowning. Lifeguard training, had learned everything I could to face that fear. Then I started hearing a voice, clear as day...tellling me I was wasting energy, that nobody was coming, I had to save myself. I did what the voice was telling me, to the best of my ability. I was told to float on my back, use the breathwork I’d learned and to stay calm, to become one with the water and trust it to carry me from stump to stump and to the next sandbar. Which was really far away...and the water was churning. About halfway, a wave hit my face hard and went up my nose and I gasped in water. Panicked. I knew I was drowning...I had even tried to make peace with that happening but I just couldn’t. The voice kept saying to stop fighting and stay calm, to swallow the water. My body was just convulsing, I didn’t even have control. And there was this moment of just acceptance...like this surrender, peace almost washed over me and I finally swallowed. Then I was literally pulled up out of the water by forces I couldn’t see. I couldn’t get a breath bc I was choking on the water. I tried to stay calm, but knew I couldn’t float. Then I felt a branch touch my back, must’ve been a tree top under the tree after surface, it was swaying, I could barely hold on. But I was able to choke, puke, and cough up all the water. I started to cry, but then it was like a switch got flipped. I resumed my gentle back strokes, and I really “felt” the motion of the water. I stopped hesitating, I felt this peace, and as I floated the sky! It was like the first time I’d like ever seen the sky. So blue, the fast moving clouds were sparkly like clusters of crystals and there were these tiny bursts of light EVERYWHERE! Like fireflies...which has been a spirit animal all my life as well! An eagle flew over me, I see them all the time this past year. It was all so beautiful it was like I almost forgot about my situation. I made it to the sandbar and just collapsed and wept. This happened September 16, 2020. I’m still in awe. It was literally a MIRACLE. Whatever doubts I had, where ever others were telling me I was crazy with all my visions and dreams and magical thinking...those doubts were snuffed. A lot more dark energy and heavy healing has still been a thing, and I’m still in the process of coming out of it...but that experience changed everything for me. Really am amazing metaphor for my whole life experience...it’s like I’ve been drowning my whole life...but I realize now, just like In the choppy waters that day...I can’t fight my way out. I had to truly surrender, stay calm, and have absolute faith in the great spirit and myself. And every time I feel that I’m drowning in the chaos of life...I remember that peace and beauty I felt while swimming, like the heavens had opened up and sent millions of firefly and faerie energies to lift me up. I prayed, that if destiny and fate were different things, to please allow me destiny. I felt I hadn’t truly lived...and I agreed to embrace the gift and make a difference. I still don’t understand...but I just KNOW...I was pulled out of the water for a reason. I found true faith that day!
Anyone that’s here and thinking “how can I can get out of this mindset, this toxic relationship with people and myself, the Drugs, smoking heavily, the traumatic experiences, suicidal thoughts even, the job I don’t like, being a better parent, a better lover, a better sister or brother etc. - you having a life whereas you reach the highest level of peace within.
YOU CAN DO THIS!!! The fact that you want different and know you deserve more shows how strong you are and shows that you do indeed have the strength to have that peace you seek.
The list above were my struggles .. I’m just getting to the other side of it.
1. Love - unconditional love for yourself and others
2. Forgiveness - genuinely forgive others verbally and or through prayer and also most importantly forgive yourself for your actions and thoughts
3. The power of silence - sit with yourself at least an 1hour a day, sit with your thoughts.. it allows it to purge them out.. dissect it All, and face those unwanted feelings and thoughts
4. Rituals and Mirror Talks - EXTREMELY IMPORTANT* journal everyday your thoughts no matter what they are or how long - Also words of encouragement that you will say to yourself in the mirror EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!! (otherwise you will feel off balance trust me) Things like I am worthy, I am beautiful, I deserve success, God loves me, I love me, I love that I am fighting for myself, I will reach the highest level of peace within 🤟🏾🎯💎
5. Affirmations - say affirmations before you get out of bed and right before you go to sleep (I also started off saying them when I shower/ bathe) affirmations must be where you want to be in life.. where you picture yourself and how. Ex. I am grateful that I have cleansed by body of negativity.. I am grateful that I have my dream job.. I am grateful that I have a clear mind .. I am grateful that I eat healthy.
6. Give yourself several months alone - only you and your children, no friends, no outside counsel, no t.v only motivational things if so (the purpose is to preserve and stay within your own energy.. super important
7. Faith/ Belief - you must keep faith that you will make it to the other side even when things get hard even when it feels like you are not progressing- those are all test of your faith and how bad you want to be happy. KEEP GOING YOU WONT REGRET IT.
8. You MUST also truly want to get better (you might not believe just yet that you can) BUT AS LONG AS YOU TRULY WANT TO GET BETTER.. you will no doubt and GOD will guide you through it
9. Music and dancing
10. Walking - daily walks, everyday is a must - I also did simply yoga possess
11. Meditation - this was huge for me but for some people it can be difficult to do (silence is a form of meditation already which is great) another meditation is Breathing techniques - take big breaths throughout your day when it comes to mind. But also make a certain time (like sitting in silence) to do your breathing.
I promise you will start to feel the change.. there’s NOTHING NOTHING I tell you.. that you cannot make it out of. I hope this helps someone!! It’s what I’ve been doing and I experienced everything on the above list for over 15 years..
Within 6months now.. I am completely relieved of any pain in my heart, mind, body and soul.. simply no more pain. It’s a MIRACLE indeed

Pile 2. Spirituality got me out of darkness and I am still on my journey to it.
Group two: some year ago i started to workout my body so i became stronger, lost 20 pound of Weight so i became lighter in my body, but that wasnt enough, i had to get a lighter mindset so i started with positive affirmations and thoughts and positive things began to manifest. I have been quite negative and fearful before, it ended up in a very bad situation at work. I felt i had enough of bad emotions so i turned it to the opposite and now Im heading towards two jobinterviews, we are renovating our house, got a new car and bike😀, and i just feel good👍🏻.
I’ve been very sick for over 3 years. I worked with doctors and studied all I could. Started taking herbs and supplements along with my medications. Changed my diet and prioritized rest. Learned to accept help. It’s been hell being sick and in pain literally every day, but I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. Group 2: i stopped allowing other peoples' negative energy to affect me...most simply put
Pile 2...i was with a narcissist who abused me so badly and I also suffered severe depression and anxiety. I had to go to rehab to be enlightened to his truth.. but then i was litterally locked out my home and he kept my three children who he knew ment everything to me. I shifted for my kids, I was forced to heal and find my true self through the most beautiful friends and so much prayer. I had to dig so deep so I could fight for my children. His energy is like drinking black ink amd my children are still with him so I really hope there is a miracle that is going to come. They are very spiritually aware children who feed his lack of happiness. Thank you i love you chanel. You are amazing!!!
pile 3. My life at the start of this year felt like it was going downhill. I had no future plans, nothing to look forward to, life just felt as it was repeating itself. Finally, I slowly started changing. And this realization that i’ve come to later in this year, was that what i went through, was a spiritual turning point in my life to drive me towards my purpose and to be awakened spiritually. Everyday I started working on myself starting in may, and I kept on and kept on.. as I was doing this I didn’t notice but I was learning so much about myself physically, spiritually, and emotionally, that I was getting prepared to start another whole new journey. When you said how I think of the path I was on as an accomplishment, I do. So much. When I see how far i’ve come and how i’ve grown as a person I’m filled with joy. The past few months have been kind of confusing because things seem to move so fast and unexpectedly, but I know where I am going now and I’ve also felt this change that’s about to come for a few weeks now. I’ve been seeing 555 every where almost every single day. I can tell that what I’m about to embark on is, yes, self discovery even further, but the action to fulfill my true soul purpose in life.

I picked pile 2. My mother died quite suddenly in June. I live two and a half hours from where she did. I have been emptying her house, largely unsupported by the rest of the family. It is finally empty, sold and the closing date is Monday. I haven't been able to concentrate long enough to read or do any of the activities I usually enjoy. I have been lighting candles and asking for more creativity and focus. The real boost was the moment I decided to get out of the company, even though I didn't have anything else planned, literally every one of my close friends shows their immense support, even offering investments and financial help if I want to start my own company. I learned that I should be more confident and fearless as there are good people surrounding me that believes in my talent, instead of spiraling into depression because of the toxic people that told me I cannot do anything right.

Pile 2. My 2020 went like this: Saturn return year. Early misscarriage. Moved to a better place. Found out I'm most likely autistic. Found out I was pregnant again. Left the job I had held myself captive in for almost the past decade. Lost our daughter at 20 weeks (5th pregnancy loss, she was completely healthy). Authorities pushed me to go back into the job that almost broke me. Depression, anxiety, panic attacks. Been on social welfare since August. Started going to therapy. Deep dive into memories, learning a ton about myself and and deepening my relationship with my mother. Somehow gathered the strength to start writing my bachelor thesis (based around autism) and I'm planning on submitting it before christmas. I'm turning 30 in January, and I'm looking forward to feeling ready to close the book of my 20s. I remember feeling so free when I turned 20..I was all by myself, on my own strict schedule, just doing me. And then I had to go back to a socially accepted life, take up a job, and just managed to keep myself from drowning. Best thing I did since was admitting my true feelings and marrying the love of my life. Our daughter told me in various dreams that she'd be back, and I can't wait to finally have her with us on earth.

All these 7 months, I could barely keep my head above water. I'm literally in so much mental pain. This job makes good income tho but drains me sooo much I could barely keep going each day. I'm not gonna call it living. I'm just surviving to get through each day. Everyday is just works and stress.

My therapist helped me realize that both my mum and dad have been using me to support them emotionally, stroke their ego and solve their problems since I was a little kid. I always felt guilty and overwhelmed and angry on the inside, but I never really knew why. I thought it was my duty to do that and was proud that we had such a deep bond with each other. Now I know that this is a form of abuse, it's called parentification or emotional incest. I was group 2. Jesus Christ was the cause of the shift. I was literally "born again" 7 or 8 years ago as a liberal Christian and have been feeling the effects ever since. Number 2.. penetrating darkness.. hopelesness, sadness, lots of it.. I Just ignored all the obligations that I had just to go out with some Friends and hear about their problems, gave myself time to have fun, create, imagine, paint, drawing... I started to feel more alive and realised cause i was creating things that i didnt believe that i could thanks to some friends who talked to me about it.
