As for my experience, Radar Path EV is the best functional cycling and sport frame, although Sutro’s appearence is arguably cooler. I have both, I love both. But what about the Jawbreaker and the Flight Jacket? Those also were trendsetters back in a few years. Flight Jacket is more comfy than the Sutro, but I do not see it in the peloton nowadays.
Hey there, Graham here from SportRx.
I have to agree with you that the Radar EV Path is a super functional and comfy frame. It was my top choice for a long time and I still love wearing them. As for the Flight Jacket's disappearance from the pro peleton, it could be that Oakley wants their pro riders wearing the newest thing (the Sutro, Kato etc.) and asks the sponsored teams to wear the new stuff.
Oakley has created so many rad frames over the years, because they're always trying to bring something new to the table. Unfortunately, that sometimes means an older favorite get's discontinued. The good news is that from time to time, Oakley will re-release a frame like the Racing Jacket so keep your eye out for that!
I would like to commend you on your excellent customer service in addition to the great and informative videos.
We appreciate that so much Steven! Very happy to help!
My red, white and blue Troy Lee Designs Racing Jackets are my favorite Oakleys. I will probably get some Plazma frames with the Prizm Trail Torch lenses next. Great video!
Those are some truly legendary Racing Jackets! Hopefully you enjoy the Plazma just as much!
Love the Sutros 👌❤️
And so do we😍
Which frame is your favorite pro wearing?
I only like to buy USA made products and support my country. I purchased multiple oakleys, that have been described as being USA made, also written on the nose bridge USA made but then others are USA assembled. Why is Oakley charging the same and mixing and manually the two. It is quite a headache trying to purchase oakleys from the website now because of this 🤢
Based on the amount of companies that have moved some of their production over shores to keep costs down, this sounds like a tricky problem to solve.
@@sportrxeyewear I don't think it's that tricky, I think it's just a blatant example of false advertisement. Their website is loaded with products that say USA made, and when you order them it is not what you bought and paid for.
