I don't see contemporary bodybuilding as defended by Yates and Coleman. They are not true ambassadors. They have never ever spent one good word about contemporary bodybuilding, and they don't even have hope. I don't see like they fight for bodybuilder's rights, we need what was Diego Armando Maradona in soccer, the IFBB doesn't protect bodybuilders, the brands' sponsorships are so weak, not existent anymore, and being 300lbs is much more expensive and risky than being 210lbs Classic Physique competitor. No one cares if bodybuilders check their organs, no one cares if not all the top 15 competitors at the Olympia have the trip payed in the USA, and there isn't any relevant show in Europe, like 400K$ money prize.
Sly Stallone actually wasn't all that big. For Rocky 3, he only weighed 163 pounds, for Rocky 4, 173 pounds. Hardly a bodybuilder physique. Ripped AF though! Arnold and Lou were the only real bodybuilders who made it big in Hollywood in the 80's.
Well done Vlad, you make a 2 shitty questions segment into a video that will spawn a lot fo views because is The Shadow lol not bad I see what you did there
sadly thats why Ian was overlooked at ny pro by sheer audience ppl nowadays like bubbly, shiny shapes... basically a beach bodies on steroids, which is rrrr idicilous
Mass monster's r over the top. Of course there r people that love it but for me the Flex Wheeler body is perfect. Phil Heath said in a post that a person said if he could look like he did in 2012. Phil was like U have to evolve so no I'm better is what he stated really. I disagree. We keep wanting to so called improve when something is already great. A throw away society. Example. 1985 Hilux. U can't break them. I mean they go 1 million miles. The 2020 Hilux. No where near as reliable, no where near. So where does bodybuilding go? 400 pound balls in stage that r wider than they r tall where there heads look like pins😀 stop wanting something new and enjoy what U have now as believe me U will want old again soon enough. Why do U think old muscle car's r so expensive?
Men's physique and men's classic are not as prestigious as the men's open and the guys competing in those shows probably think they're just as epic as the guys from the yesteryears like Charles Clairmonte and Frank Zane but they're not, they're just not and they never will be
Lol are you serious? Classic Physique bodybuilders like Chris Bumstead for example have such a huge following on social media, more so than most open bodybuilders if we're talking about popularity. Not to mention, the division is fairly new and it just keeps growing and growing year after year. Most people want to look like the classic physique competitors compared to the huge mass monsters in open anyways, but I will say that watching the open bodybuilders on stage is more interesting to watch than any other division, because these guys are more freaky and way bigger. But again, if you look at Arnold Schwarzenegger- arguably the best bodybuilder, if not one of the best bodybuilders of all time, his physique is an embodiment of the classic physique division and not the open bodybuilders.
To be honest Dorian has always spoken a lot of sense, but I admire him a lot with the mindset that he had and 100% dedication in whatever he does.
Okay.
Mr Yates looking fresh 👍👍

Yes, but Arnold was Huge and aestetic at the same time.
Arnold was not huge
@@llRandomPersonlll Yes he was. 😊
METATRON'S CUBE Lou ferrigno outsized him easily , Arnold was not a mass monster he was aesthetic and symmetrical
@@llRandomPersonlll Lou Ferrigno Outsized Dorian also. He was 300 pounds. That doesant mean anything.

If you’re also into combat sports, being muscular is powerful but that size will weigh and wear you down after two or three minutes.
Good interview format.....
We need more dy videos.
He's the G.O.A.T
Because they don't look as good

I'm glad massive physiques are less popular bodybuilders are dying out there. The less juicing the better.
It’s funny because people said the same thing about him in the 90s
Coleman like body always be popular if it can happen again

@@yousufibrahim884 I tend to disagree
If i wanna look like any bodybuilder in the world it would be Jay cutler
Paul dillet here 🤩
Mike mentzer or kevin levrone
Arnold Schwarzenegger is the ideal physique
Can anyone identify the machine Dorian is using at 0:09 ? Or is he using a straight bar and a cable row machine?
Yes
