  • Wagyu beef has taken the high-end restaurant and farm to table industry by storm, but for breeders and commercial cattlemen alike, access to predictable Wagyu genetics has been a challenge. On August 21, four seedstock producers in Texas will offer premium Wagyu genetics for sale with advanced prediction calculations including genomically enhanced EBVs that are only now becoming available in the U.S. for Wagyu cattle.

    Its "American Style Wagyu" Black Angus crossbreeds. That is not Japanese beef. Those labels are very deceptive. The FDA should make them label properly.
