    Notice how at 2:17, Haiden takes the rutted right hander standing the entire way until the exit and then sitting to get power to the rear wheel. The next 2 riders sit at the entrance of the corner. Huge difference in skill. The top guys like Roczen and Tomac all stand deep into the corners as well.

      Marty Trip[es started it in the 70's But when the tracks tested men and not boys, the berms/ruts would also have whoops in them, so you had to stand. I don't think much of MX anymore, when you can sit on the straights coming out of the corners. Other than the jumps, these are the easiest pro tracks in the history of the sport.

    Deegan won because personally I think he trained harder than the guys around him. He's got a lot of talent no doubt. But guys that were with him in the first part of the moto to only be dropped by him later in that same moto reveal that Haiden trains harder. His competitors are going to have to train harder.

    Haiden Deegan moving into pros is very similar to Adam Cianciarulo's turning pro days. Both awesome riders, but neither doing so as quickly and smoothly as Jett Lawrence has. That said, all three will be the Tomac, Roczen & Anderson of tomorrow in 450's!

    • @peek2661
      @peek2661 2 года назад +3

      I think the big thing with that comparison to Jett is that it seems other countries kids turn pro a lot sooner so they get that mentality a little sooner. But deegan at 16 is definitely showing why he's one of the best upcoming

    • @HarborEdwin
      @HarborEdwin 2 года назад +4

      @@peek2661 I'm a huge Deegan fan...yet, imagine coming to a completely different country (twice!) than where you grew up and doing what Jett has done at 16! Deegan & Cianciaullo are probably the top two turn pro 16 year olds in past few years...still, Jett's success and transition has been far above both. That's how good Jett is, IMO.

      @@peek2661 I have been both an AC and Deegan fan from way back. Agree the social media haters love to hate.
