A sore throat can come on at any time and can be caused by a number of reasons. Some sore throats can be due to a bacterial infection, or strep throat, and some are viral infections.
Sore throat symptoms vary depending on the cause. Some common ones include pain that worsens when swallowing or talking, difficulty swallowing, a scratchy sensation in the throat, sore, swollen glands in the neck or jaw, swollen, red tonsils, white patches on the tonsils or hoarseness. Thankfully, there are natural sore throat remedies that you can use at home. In this episode of Ancient Medicine Today, I share 13 of my favorite natural sore throat remedies that can help you relieve these unwanted symptoms.

Thank you for this video. It is very useful. What I do is take a glass of water and add a few drops of eucalyptus oil, a few drops of iodine, apple cider, sea salt, turmeric and cayenne powders. I mix it well and I gargle with it once in 1-2H and in 1-2 days the sore throat is gone. I also drink tea with lemon and ginger all day and lots of water. Also, bone broth is the best for everything!
