I actually have a faceless channel where I earned $500 in a day but suddenly the views drop so much that I barely earn a dollar a day now. But now I think I know the reason. THANK YOU so much bro!
I was posting short videos (2-4 minutes in length) and even after 1.5 years my average watch time was horrible (like maybe 0:53). I have recently deleted a lot of old and short videos and am posting much longer videos (well over an hour) and I have noticed a small immediate difference. My watch time is increasing, my views are increasing, CTR's, etc. If you feel like your channel is dying it isn't too late to at least do small things which could snowball you back to being "on-track".
I just literally did this and now my channel is suffering & you called me out on that too 😂 My channel was growing slowly but I decided to post a trending video out of my Niche and I got a lot of subscribers from it but it has affected my channel so much that I am hardly getting views on my videos 😢
Do I really suck, I have over 100k followers and randomly it allchanged my views literally dropped to 1k - 2k and it has been like this for 3 months and I have just done the same thing as usual I put ton of work. I really need coaching please. (I post yt shorts)
What??? You completely stopped making videos like you used to make 🤦🏻♂️ Jesus people don’t use their brains. Go look at all of your most popular videos, now do EXACTLY the same thing you did in those videos, and improve it a little bit. You’re welcome 😑
