@Uncensored-Updates As for the evidences you can present them either all at once from the beginning or later during the course of your process but the lawyer helping you with the case can always advise but what's important is to make sure to have them so that they are ready when needed. I didn't have mine here with me but they were sent when it was time to submit them

I have my evidence of being from that community where the banditry and the kidnapping is happening. And I have a story of many events that happened and still happening. I know,of a family in my home country who is being targeted by bandits with video evidence, they spoke to an asylum lawyer here in Canada and she said it’s high likely they can be denied . They can say you could have tried moving to a different location, it’s so disheartening for them . Her advice is unless they belong to a group example lbgt, or religious they don’t really take other cases seriously plus it’s up to the judge young get …… good luck

If your life by anyway in danger in your own country and have tried seeking for help anywhere and failed, do you have evidence to prove your claim. @eronsenas4057 If you have an outstanding evidence to show that truly you're being discriminated and because of that discrimination your life is in danger can't be helped anywhere within your country then good luck for you. Poverty is not a reason enough to seek for asylum

Telling you how much I paid my lawyer I think would be misleading coz the cost of lawyer fees varies from lawyer to lawyer and also the magnitude of your case. Its not uniform. I have seen people paying as low as CAD$4000 to as much as CAD$12000. If you're asking that to inform your decision sorry this may not be helpful. What I know is that for asylum before you start working and become independent, you can get lawyers paid by government under the legal aid
