5 cup jasmine rice
5 cups water or beef stock*
1/4 cup oil
1 diced onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 meduin carrots
3 spring onions
3 tablespoons Curry powder
30 gr butter
Salt to taste
500 gr beef
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika powder
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
*the amount of water or stock may differ depending on the type of rice you use.
