Supposed to premiere last March 19th in Italy but was postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic.

This video after broadcasted in China.....by next day got more than 600million hits on Weibo (China's equivalent to Instagram and Twitter) and bodyguards were immediately assigned to protect Dimash. By this time billions hit in China alone.
Every time I listen to Dimash sing I subconsciously stop breathing and have to remind myself to take a sip of air just not to sink into faint along with the music.

Great reaction. I never tire of Dimash singing S.O.S its such a beautiful version of this song. You have a fabulous Dimash journey ahead of you. Quiet a lot of us songs come with English subtitles and the words are beautiful although the songs are just as great without.
Thank you for reacting to Dimash. He was unknown in China when he performed this song but overnight he became an overnight favourite - 600 million views there but RUclips & Instagram are banned in China. He has won numerous awards, sang movie & computer game soundtracks, had a plane with his image on, is seen as an Ambassador for his country Kazakhstan etc etc He then spent a lot of time last year in Russia (mentored by Igor Krutoy) and practically the same thing happened winning awards that previously only Russian artists had won. We are hoping that he will conquer the west as well and personally I believe that is only a matter of time as the most respected vocal coaches (worldwide) all say that he is a once in a lifetime singer and are now teaching skills using him as their example. Dimash is a 26 year old singer/songerwriter/multi instrumentalist from Kazakhstan (around China/Russia). He speaks in 3 languages, sings in more than 12, and plays many instruments from piano to dombra. He's been singing since the age of 5. His parents are both musicians. His dad is a lyricist and mom sings opera. He also is a very active dude and plays many sports and has been known to enjoy swimming. He rose to popularity because of the performance you watched which was on the show "The Singer" back in 2017. Unfortunately you can't see how many views he has over on the chinese youtube platform here in the US... but this video has over 1 billion views in China. He was the only non-Chinese competitor on the show and was put in as a wildcard. The performance you watched was the first episode and he was the first performance of the show that year. What makes it even more remarkable is, the competition puts professional artists to compete against one another. That's just part of the reason why the audience gave him a standing ovation. He was unheard of in China before this. Dimash has a 6 octave range, getting closer to 7 now a days. Maria Carey is in the 5 range.... but honestly the range isn't really what sets him apart as the world's best vocalist in my opinion. He's extremely versatile (he sings all common genres, styles), sings with so much passion it hurts, and has unbelievable stage presence. Dimash calls his fans Dears because they are dear to his heart... and if you continue this Dimash journey, I'm positive you will become one too :)
Great job summing up 3 yrs in a paragraph Jeremy.....this Grandma DEAR of over 3 yrs can tell you that I have been so disappointed with US singers (Mariah included) that tend to lean on auto tune and effects. Dimash has been perfecting his God given talent since 5 yrs old, has several degrees and STILL works to improve himself as a singer and personally on a daily basis. He is VERY humble and gives 150% to his parents, family and dears. What you hear is all Dimash...this video was over 3 yrs ago. He just turned 26 yrs old on May 24th and since his tour has been put on hold- he did his first live interview on his IG and RUclips and answered all sorts of questions with patience and humor. So welcome to Dimash world- no song is like the other and each time he sings his songs- it is with passion and different. This Grandma Dear from Texas can say that working from home has been lots less stressful listening to Dimash in the background. After watching his concerts of 2 1/2- 3 hrs of non stop music and energy with all sorts of genres- Dimash is like NO OTHER. Get your seat belts on and get ready for the most awesome ride of your life!! I know this is long shot- but are you related to the King Family singers of the '60's? (www.officialkingfamily.com/) I traveled worldwide with my family as my dad was an offshore oil rig worker and we flew with the King Family from LA to Honolulu. What a blast! Just amazing, he is from Kazakstan, he speeks 3 langages, sings in 12 and he also plays multiple instruments including singing rap, pop, opera. He sang with Lara Fabian (that is wonderfull). Yes, 3 1/2 yrs. ago a 22 yr old young man from Kazakhstan, sang a French song to a Chinese audience that had never heard him before..the rest is musical history..Singer is a show in China, where professional and well established singers compete against each other, the 500 member audience are the judges...Dimash has been professionally trained since the age of 5..He has 12,000,000 fans , around the world..fan clubs in 120 countries...but over and above all of that, is the truly sincere and humble person he is off stage...to say that you haven't seen anything yet, is without a doubt, the understatement of the year...I am going to suggest..IDOL HITS...""Screaming"..... (for husband) and MV "Akkum/My Swan..(for wife) they are on his YT channel along with his unbelievable sold out solo concerts...

He's from khasikstan, he has an 8-9octive range!! Sings in 12 languages, is fluent in 6 now, and he also plays many instruments!! He's THE MOST AMAZING VOCALIST IN THE WORLD!!!! He's also extremely humble and so very kind!! This was a Chinese show called the singer of which he won in 2017...he was 20yrs old when he started the singer competition and turned 21 while he was on it...this past May 23, he turned 26!

His vocal cry is incredible, I've never ever seen someone use vocal cry so well in singing and he uses this a lot and it never gets boring or unnecessary, atleast for me.
