      I have to disagree. It's hard to say what was going on in his head after just getting released. Driving a criminal amount of speed is just that - criminal - and depending on his state of mine, fresh out of prison, maybe he shouldn't have been driving to begin with. However, I think in his situation, it might be understandable given his readjustment to the real world. Intelligence no factor.

    • @Thincrust128
      @Thincrust128 2 месяца назад +44

      @@nomad-1776 Intelligence is a factor. He wasn't using his brain, just like how he first ended up in prison. You don't need to readjust to know you shouldn't be speeding.

      @@nomad-1776 In my opinion there is no readjustment period for obeying the traffic signs. It's like you pass your exam and go into the real traffic. Straight away person should be obeying the speed limits, if not, there is a problem with the person not with the circumstances the person is in.

      Criminal amount of speed is 33 mph. I'm willing to bet there were folks cruizing around 30 mph over and he was likely blending in for much of the time. but went 3 mph faster. Freeways in my city are 55 mph in urban areas. Quite a few people drive 75...very few drive 55. In an odd sort of way - when traffic is going 15 mph over, the person driving 55 is likely to look suspicious and be pulled over. Just can't win. I give kudos to Frank for giving the guy a chance.

And he shouldn't even be behind the wheel of a vehicle. It's why law abiding citizens have to pay for under and uninsured drivers. Think about that when you ask to give this guy time to get his life together...I mean, he had time to go to the carnival....
