no lie, when i lived in Fountain Hills, a Maricopa county Sheriff pulled me over for 27 in a 25. I love Frank and Sheriff Lamb down in Pinal County for doing whats right.
I used to be LEO, I studied psychology, so I wrote a lot of warnings. I got called in by my supervisor for it one day, then wrote 16 tickets in 4 hours. Guess who was in the doghouse?
If you studied psychology, is it true in your opinion that people listen to warnings? I always thought most people took a warning as the cop just being afraid to do their jobs
The agency I worked for was the same way, until one day my sergeant asked me why wasn't writing enough tickets. I responded I'm not supposed to write tickets I'm supposed to identify the problem correct? The next day I wrote 16 take us before lunch and land them on his desk and got called in for it and told him if you don't like it I'll go back to the way I was doing it
