DGNO Ballast train on a windy Monday in Anna, Tx

Caught this totally by accident, and was really surprised to see it come through TODAY, of any other day
Man the wind is super strong outside today
How rare is it that DGNO runs a ballast train when half their tracks aren't even held to the ties???
