Hellhounds, telekhines, the Furies, naiads, dryads, katoblepones, venti, ourae, a drakon, arae, Scythian dracanae and more should've at least gotten an honorable mention. They're too cool not to have.
Many of these were the basis for Phantoms on "Kamen Rider Wizard". Chimera, which served Kamen Rider Beast, being the only good one based on a Greek Creature. The first Phantom was the Minotaur!

first off, most myths tell that Medusa is the only sister that can turn people to stone. Correct me if I'm wrong, Medusa and her 2 sisters are the only Gorgons.
One thing I appreciate is that in the Beyblade Metal Saga, some of the most powerful and iconic Beyblades were based on creatures from Greek mythology.

Personally, the minotaur is pretty badass and is really underused in media and stories.
You forgot the Nemean Lion, Erymanthian Boar, Stymphalian Birds, the giant Antaeus (Antaios), the Ceryneian Hind, Cretan Bull, Typhon (otherwise known as Typheous), Ladon, Dracanae, Laistrygonians, and the Hekatonkheires.
You must mention the monsters Scilla and Cariddi that appear in percy jackson and odysseus' movies

No1 and less known by people is the giant TALOS. A huge bronze automaton that patroled and circled the shores of Crete 3 times a day so that to protect Europa who was the mother of Minos the king of Crete. God, such great bedtime stories for children !!!!!!
