Not only have I heard of the Ping Eye2 BeCu, I have a set that I regularly play along side my Ping G5s. Mine are the Eye2+ irons, which I understand not only have the conforming grooves, but also have a slightly different head shape, loft angles, and perimeter weighting from the original Eye2. I also have a BeCu Ping Pal 4 to go with the irons too.

I absolutely love the Z U85 I have a 3 iron and it is back and forth as my fav club along with my 2014 Big Bertha 5 wood lol I love them both
I also just picked up a Z U45 and I must say it also feels amazing , next I want to grab a Z U65 2 iron to give it a go , ppl love the 65.
I hit so many amazing shots with the U85 tho , have not got the 45 out on the course and just hit maybe 5 6 balls out in a corn field.
You ever have the chance , hit the 2014 Big Bertha I bet you would like it as well.

My first proper set of irons were the copper ISIs. Those scratches will fade off in a week or two.
I used to clean them now and again with a fine steel wool and they would turn out a great bright copper colour but they would darken again after a few weeks

I'd say my favourite clubs of all time were the mid 1980 Wilson staff tour blades. My first coach had them when I picked up the game and man, when hit in the centre, these things were PURE!

Still have the Ping III 1 iron from the set I had from the mid seventies to early 80s. I have no idea how I did that! I can't bend the shaft at all. Tried hitting it last year. Carried about 140 yards and ran 60 more.
My favourite club of all time? Easy.
The Gary Player persimmon four wood by Slazenger, brought out after his 1959 Open win. Need to hit a fairway - 4 wood. Need to hit a green from 230 yards - 4 wood. Used it until the early 90s when the head cracked. Nearly cried. Never found anything to replace it.

Mine won't be on anyone's list but the 1st mizuno irons i bought (brand new) were the mizuno mx17's....even today I don't think any manufacturer has ever made better clubs for the high handicapper...i got it 3-pw and they could literally launch a ball into orbit.
I went from 20 handicap down to 10.
If your struggling to launch the ball i guarantee these will.
I could hit the 4 iron over trees and you got good distance too and stopping power.
They were indestructible as well 👍
Fantastic irons and mizuno should bring them back now for higher handicappers.
