The one problem with this fight is how fast it's going to be over. It's going to be intense as long as it lasts, but it probably won't go to a 3rd round - no way these guys can have an all-out war with the kind of power they're carrying

With a healthy body a calve kick can comprise a fighters explosiveness and mobility because the swelling of the calve hinders your nerves and pretty much causes a cut off from your leg to your tendons of your Achilles. So combine both and it could be an extremely huge problem.

Hill has fought 1 43 year old champion who he hit with 200 shots and couldn’t KO him. Everybody else was old, injured or mid tier fighter. Santos’s 38 and injured for years. Got the tko but Santos gassed. St Prue 38 hit him w/ 20 shots and couldn’t drop him. Standing tko.. Glass jaw Walker, can Jimmy Crute,, Paul Craig beat him via arm break, other’s low level. Pereira has beat 4 champs/ex- champs in a row. Hill has no leg check defense and if he’s not fully healed his power in southpaw will be reduced cuz can’t push off ball of foot same way. Should be interesting but this a level Hill has not seen yet☝️🤔

@@theunkownguy5574 maybe, but I'm just noticed he usually uses the term to specifically address when fighters are in shooting range of each other, not when they are, for example far from each other. And the fact that he says "crossing the void", or "inside the void", it's like saying inside the distance, not making much sense to me this way, I feel like "inside the strike/kick throwing range" is making more sense, not trying to put words in his mouth, but I feel that's the nuance he's trying to communicate, at least that's how I can wrap my head around it
@@Pootie_Tang your not wrong but he jus uses word void instead of distance , you can "cross the distance/void" You can be at a distance or place in the void where someone can land kicks but not punches. You can be at a distance or a place in the void where ur opponent can shoot a takedown. Its literally the same thing ,lots of people have different names for it , it's really basic ,if you do striking or grappling youll learn about the distance/void/red zone green zone/space/etc. They all mean the same thing

I'm predicting It'll be Pereira winning by KO in the 2nd. Hill is really heavy on his front foot and Pereiras leg kicks are HARD AF. Hill circling away from Alexs power side isn't gonna work too well cause either hand is power with him.

Alex destroys his leg within the first 3 minutes! The way Hill stands he leave his lead leg out like a mofo and only takes a good 3-4 at most 5 of Alex leg kicks and that leg is done for! Like we saw vs Jiri it took less then a hand full of those leg kicks before he could bare any weight at all on that leg! After Alex lands few those leg kicks if Hill doesn't try taking him down then Alex sleeps him easily as Hill mobility will be significantly diminished! Even if Hill tries taking him down Alex still mostly likely sleeps him like he did Jiri!

i see Hill winning unless the injury plays a role somehow. anytime someone says something is going to happen that we have never seen happen before, like Hill getting knocked out cold or steamrolled on the feet, they are just guessing. ofc it could happen as it could in any fight but that doesn't make it sound analysis or likely to happen, especially to a unbothered by having his arm snapped in half.
