You can tell from this fight that Jiri is actually much stronger than Pereira when they went to the ground, he could hold him there no problem. He also has more of a dog in him and could've easily won the fight if given more chance, whereas Pereira as soon as you hurt him that warrior spirit will leave his entire soul.

Thr problem is with you judging him is that he's blood and glory, while you are not as careful and excitement adverse as the dagistanis, you are close to DC. DC has been trying to justify his boring and bravadoless fight with Alexander silva since their fight. "I'd take him down, easy money" "lay amd pray all day!" Alex has rhe second and third highest grossing events ever because he strikes and has heart but mostly, not afraid to die.

I actually do think so because Hill is a southpaw and Alex likes that outside calf kick, I have rarely seen Alex calf kick when the other fighter is in southpaw and when he does they come from his lead leg, don’t seem as powerful and he looks out of position and easy to counter so I bet he’ll have a different gameplan IMO this fight is 50/50

@@dusheuhdhsidh5494 I’ve never recognized that. Solid point. His head will absolutely be there to be countered by the straight left. Forgot Hill is a southpaw. I think I like Alex in the open stance though. Body kicks will be open all day long and Hill has a soft belly. Hill likes his hands down too, could condition him for a head kick? I think Alex almost caught Izzy twice with head kicks when he switched to Southpaw? Lead and rear leg if I’m not mistaken. I don’t quite remember. It’s definitely a 50/50 with a healthy Hill. If you watch Alex' feet, he doesn't just rotate his front foot with his hook. His back foot takes a step back at a 45° angle as is front foot rotates. So, while the punch appears to be looping, he's actually shortening the distance it travels by doing this with his feet. I believe it is why he catches people so off guard with it. The foot movement is also brilliant defensively, as its pulling him back out of the void, and at an angle so he's not only NOT backing straight up, but circling away from their power.

The biggest problem for hill is how’s he gonna back alex into the cage if he manages to i think he has legitimately the power to knock alex. It’s easier than done but theres a sliver of chance

Jamal hill style is dangerous for Alex because Jamal is fast and he reaches with his punches, the distance Alex usually fight is in Jamal’s favour. Honestly if Alex push forward, Jamal can take punches and give punches too. Damn this is probably Alex toughest fight. Izzy KOed Alex with one punch. And Izzy isn’t a KO artist

You the only guy who hasn't realized his chin was depleted at 185 lol... not to mention said izzy isn't a ko artist like he hasn't KO'd over 40 dudes stiff across his career

I completely agree with you and your analysis..but Hill also let many holes exposed when he s reaching and he could get caught exactly as Jiri got caught by alex the left hook that Alex connected jiri with was in a extremely close/weird angle so its gonna be a fun one for sure...anyone can win but i see Alex winning 😅

Another big reason why Jiri wasn't able to get anything done when he had Alex on his back was he was trying to get ground and pound the whole time instead of advancing position, Alex stifled most shots so nothing really landed super clean

I’ve always found it crazy the Jamal came back after that arm break. One would think that’s a career ender but dude came back and became a champion… Poatan is a stone, and stone breaks bones!!! Hopefully this fight ends in a ko and not doctor stoppage 😝
