Testing our zinc anodes and looking for stray current using boatzincs.com corrosion reference electrode. Using your digital multi meter and the electrode, you are able to test your grounding and bending system on the boat to ensure you are protected from galvanic corrosion.
We’ve discovered that our sacrificial anodes have been wearing away more quickly than in the past and want to ensure our system is working correctly. We purchased this kit and go through in depth testing of underwater metal, galvanic corrosion, shafts, rudders, thru hull, trim tabs and more.
