    Dominik you are very well known for being able to do handstand push-up on 5 and even 3 fingers. Could you show progressions for how to develop your fingers that strong. I hope to do a planche and handstands on my finger tips one day.

    Absolutely love this! I am glad somebody finally said it - there are so many streetlifters doing weighted dips with insane weights but they're using that horrible form you showed. I get that it's all about showing off, but really the competitions should disqualify poor weighted dip form like that. Thank you Dom!

    Been doing handstand practice for the last 3 months.
    Recently I've been getting really bad forearm pain since ive been practicing kicking up into handstand.
    I generally on my left arm and that's the arm that's hurting now.
    I cant do push ups with out it flaring up.
    Even pushing down on door handles makes it painful.

    Hey Dominik, can you please make a video about how to deal with a herniated disc in the lumbar spine and what stretches and exercises are good for recovery. Cause i see so many channels advising flexion movements of the spine for recovery and yoga exercises showing flexion movements of the spine. On the other hand, lots of people say that flexion of the spine is to be avoided with herniated discs. So i am a bit confused right now. I have been dealing with this problem for 4 months now and I would like to have some advice from you cause i know from your instagram that you have been suffering from this injury as well.

    HI! I don't know if you would read this but I gonna make the question anyways: When I do dips, if I keep my body straight (more triceps focused), in my anterior deltoid muscle appers or manifest or I don't know how to call it, like a bubble or something in the upper atachment of the muscle (both sides). It doesn't hurt or anything, just look ugly. Do you know what could causing it? I mean, do you experiment something like that?

Many people experience shoulder pain (including me hahaha) when doing dips with correct form, hence why they opt for raising their hips while doing them, decreasing shoulder ROM. Thanks!

      For ring muscle ups the false grip is a key, be sure you don't loose it when you come down ; also the transition when you come up is very important, try some negatives reps and straight bar dips as workouts, add some weights if you can, it can helps defenetly

    I would like to hear your comment on different Dip-Variations. As there are the more upright dips for tricep accentuation and the more leaning over for focusing more on the chest. Is the Chest-Type always bad form?

    • @Edmundajw
      @Edmundajw 4 года назад

      I agree, and was looking for a comment like this. His method of leaning forward, whilst he is saying it is the cheat way of doing it, is roughly how I deliberately do 'chest dips', and I'll load up the weight as part of my chest workout. He's overexagerating on the lack of range of motion. I don't think the leaning forward should mean that you don't fully dip. I lean forward, or more, move my hips back to keep the load through my chest, it's the same position as an Incline push up. And I go very deep, about hands to shoulders I think, whilst maintaining muscular control. I'm very certain this is succeeding at targeting my chest, as it gives me the biggest chest pump out of any exercise.
