    As usual an excellent video. What is the difference between machine thread and pipe thread? Thanks for your great videos.

      It has to do with the threads themselves. Pipe thread follows the NPT (National Pipe Taper) thread while electricians will follow NPSM (National Pipe Straight Mechanical) thread. So it has to do with how the thread is physically formed. Thanks for watching!
