Pour the floor first. Let it set up then plywood installed for forms. Then pour cement inside the forms. Let it set up then take plywood forms off. Or you can have the whole thing installed with pvc. That is the way to go now days.

I expect that they will pour the bottom slab, then form up the inside formwork and then proceed to pour the walls. That is how I would expect it to proceed but with these guys you never know?

En Colombia según las normas tecnicas colombianas (NTC )ese concreto no sirve ., esta muy fluido.
Pueda que tenga aditivo para darle fluidez, sin disminuir ni afectar su resistencia.

Nah the opposite, zero through 1.5-2” is where the concrete is very firm and dry. This would be like an 8-10+” slump, very very wet.
