- Wanted to share with you all Poki's first time outdoors experience and what she usually does around the house. Poki is the sweetest most precious Hedgehog ever. I've had her for almost 6 months now She brings so much joy in my life. Her hobbies are Exploring, Eating and Sleeping ( Which you will see a lot in this video). No wonder Poki is so exhausted; that's quite the day she had! Bless her heart, she's such a sweetie.

+Emma Skeria know the feels ! I even got allergic of my hedgehog :') and she is 90% of the time angry if she is awake, so my arms and hands are always red if i have to pick her up ): and she loves to kill me with here spikes hehehe

Hedgehog pets are lucky. There's no chance that their owner might not treat them very gently and carefully, haha.
Sadly my hedgie came from an abusive situation. She’s still untame, but we’re getting somewhere.
I owned a hedgehog in the late 90s and early 2000s. I named him Sonic because he was really fast. So fast, in fact, every night when he ran on his wheel, it made a really loud sound that kept me awake the whole day. I eventually ended up sound-proofing my bedroom so I could get some sleep.

Yeah I wonder what this hedgehog is.
I wonder why Poki isn't rolling around at the speed of sound? Anyways, I got places to go and follow my rainbow! So I can't stick around, I have to keep going on. I wonder what just lies ahead? Only one way to find out!

get a hedgehog, they are great pets as long as they are not grouchy, i have 2, one is just a jumping ball of spikes and the other one is all cuteness and love

Hi. I am from Trinidad & Tobago.I am thankful for my mom and dad. My mother is such a hard working woman who would do anything for her three kids and go to any extend to give us what we need and for that I am thankful for her. I love her. And my dad is the same as well because his last few dollars is always spent on us and he always tries his best to make us happy. We are always there for each other no matter what and I am thankful to be their child. Because in the future I would definitely be there to do the same for them. I love you mom and dad.

lol, as it turns out hedgehogs are illegal where I live. Also as it turns out I'm not yet responsible enough to take care of another living thing. *sigh*, some day.....
PLEASE never take wild animals as pets!!! In Finland it is not legal.....It is immoral to jail wild animals....their Place is in wildlife

Really cute :) I will have my own hedgehog soon, because my hamster died in last month... she was so young :( but I can't have two ,,little" pets at the same time and my mom promised me that If my hamster will die, my next pet can be a hedgehog :) beside my dog... I'm so excited and I know my dog will love my new pet like Nimbus does! :)

From what I've researched they don't really stink too bad, they are pretty independent creatures. You just need to change their litter every few days, or once a week (I believe).
You can wash them, you can just take a wet toothbrush to gently comb through all the dirt they may have on them. You can wash them every couple of weeks I believe. Just check out earthling1984's videos, he has some informative videos on hedgehog care =D
They dont stink at all... i had one for a looooong time and if you keep the cage clean like any other animal there will be no scent whatsoever!

My hedgehog was named Cactus and she died from a EXTREMELY dangerous and there is no cure for it so she died at 2 years old and we made a gravestone just for her.Rest in peace Cactus😩

The quills feel like a hair brush, if the hedgehog becomes calm it relaxes the quills so they are smooth and no one gets hurt :)
siti nurbalqis They can hurt when they put them our but it's not really a huge deal. it's not dangerous like a porcupine that would shoot it's quills out.

Here in Europe, the European Hedgehogs are about to die. Because they are killed on the roads, and in the garden by people who use anti slugs chemical products. So sad. If you love hedgehogs, do what you can to save the European Hedgehogs. Contact associations.
really? we have European hedgehogs here in New Zealand they are introduced and they are fricken everywhere there's like 10 in my garden
