I would be interested in seeing a video of what you dose to your tank and the amount in a day thanks.

How many sheets do you feed them, and also you like those over the two little fishies clip?

@lukefham7138 I love the innovative Marine algae grazers over the suction cop kind. I feed 2 sheets in the morning and 2 sheets at night. I use the Omega one green seaweed sheets. It's the perfect size.

@@WRASSEREEFCHANNELdo you find that any of the larger fish are able to pull extra seaweed from the feeder than what’s just in the square they are biting at? What im meaning is can they pull off big sections at a time or is it pressed in hard enough that only small pieces come off?

@alexpellman8637 Yea sometimes they do...especially the Emperor or Sohol Tang. For the most part I love that algae grazer. I am not a fan of suction cups, IMO magnets are much better!

Hey there would you say a FOWLR tank is much easier than a reef? What I’m thinking is starting off with a FOWLR and later upgrading to a softies reef at some point down the line. Still new to this. Don’t believe softies really need dosing and are that strict on nitrate levels right? Only difference is lighting compared to a FOWLR.

@AbsoluteZero6714 I would definitely say a FOWLR is much easier than a reef set up. Upgrading later to leathers is a solid plan. You are correct with leathers you don't need to worry as much about Alkalinity and calcium, or even Nitrates. Leathers are much more forgiving of water quality than SPS and LPS. You have a great well thought out plan. 😁
