I moved the core support bushings and it lined right up! i had it wrong i’ll show it in my next video!

There’s a product we use in the body shop called one step it converts rust into primer you knock out most of the rust and then apply one step wait 24 hrs and its stops the rust from spreading

I think that maybe the radiator core support in the front needs to come up a tad. I think those mounts might have something to do with it. Judging on how the gap in the fender gets wider at the top, I think the core support needs to come up.
me too bro i seen some pictures and i believe the mount/bushings are wrong. i’m going to take the front apart and redo it.

Box looks good bro. One question, why are you going to put more prime on the box after you smooth it out?
because it’s going to sit for at least a week before i can get bk to working on it and this round or primer will be fully cured by then and a fresh round of primer has to be sprayed before the color!
