I shop at Walmart to pickup staples and they are out of stock on their house brand pasta.. its been a problem all summer but the past 2 weeks there is nothing on the shelf.. maybe a couple boxes of designer linguini... now I read this morning that california tomato growers are expecting shortages this fall and its already begun to hit. they supply 25% of the world's tomatoes. ... its getting interesting.. I hear firewood is starting to get hard to find in Germany Austria and eastern europe.. You might want to get a couple extra hoodies and pants.. double layer them.. i know its not like norway where you are but its good to be prepared.. maybe a small propane stove or a gas bbq.. catch you next time :o)

Greek yogourt is great for dressings. Add a little mustard, salt, pepper and a touch of sugar for the acidity if needed. Then just enough light cream or evaporated milk to get your desired creamines. Try it for light Coleslaw. Regards
This looks good!! I have a question: why don't you mix the yogurt, spices, salt & pepper and maybe even the lemon juice, and then dress the salad with this "yogurt dressing", (one less bowl to clean, true) Seems to me the flavours would be better incorporated, eh? Maybe not?
Can I suppose that it's healthier due to the Greek yogurt being substituted for mayonnaise? Anyway, I might try this. Thanks for sharing. By the way, did you actually eat it all in one setting?😀
