Great videos! I have been burning out for past 3 months trying to push through my PhD. Now I look it back, the whole process is so painful and I realize how important the work life balance is. Thanks for making this video so I can come back occassional to remind myself how to avoid burning out.

I needed a video like that. I study in grammar school. I have two jobs and dance lessons. I am starting with DOFE. I have been learning languages (English for quite a long time, six years of school useless learning and one efficient year of self-study, but I have so much to learn), (and now I am starting to study German). It's hard to get good marks in school, earn money and do things for my future, but I still feel like I am not doing enough.

You are doing enough, Marcela. You have so much on your plate. The future you is going to thank you so much. But your future self will also thank you for looking after yourself now so that you're are healthy and well to enjoy the fruits of your hard work!

Thank you for this🧡 my current burnout is that I want to do my studies while developing my professional activity, which is a lot of pressure.

Great videos! I have been attempting my recovery from extreme burnout after my husband decided to return to work. I've always been a perfectionist, stemming from that "never good enough" mentality. One question I've always had with block scheduling is the following: *~*How much time (e.g., 10% or 1 hr, etc) is the appropriate amount of time to spend on leisure/self-care activities?*~*
