As i was scrolling through my for you page i saw this video, i said " Why don't i make this for my kids?" I followed your recipe , they absolutely loved it. As a divorced father I'd say this is a great meal for a single parent for they're kids. The oldest one loved it 🙂

Salt is the only seasoning you need, my friend. The other ingredients have a lot of flavor on their own, salt brings out the best in them! Acid (lemon juice, vinegar) also enhances flavor.
no need for anything else. i know this is not really italian cuisine, but we use even less ingredients and it still ends up tasting incredible and healthy. not everything needs a huge amount of seasonings, food have a taste of their own. and i say this as someone whose favorite cuisine is indian.
