I struggled for a while with mental health and body image, and it was reframing how I felt about different food, and just learning about food and what my body needs in general, that helped me break through it. It’s such an awful prison to be in to be afraid to eat and enjoy the foods you love! I truly believe that an understanding of that, and honoring your body with movement, is truly the way to live. Just made this for the fam. Well the nearly licked clean bowls says it all! I love the fact that there was veggies in the meat sauce. They did not even notice- yay! Will be making this again. ABSOLUTELY loved it. ❤️ Lindsey thank you for making it healthier but oh so delicious😊

The wine she added reduces and is a sweetener along with the carrots. Yes add actual sugar or make any other changes to your liking! Looks delicious and I’m looking forward to trying it.
3:40 You should have prepared the cheese sauce first.......You should have mix all the cheese , cottage, cream cheese, cream and broth and butter and seasonings together to melt and heat all the sauce and when it's all melted, creamy and hot , NOW put the pastas in so that way the creamy sauce will coat the spaghetti easier and that way you have less chance to break the spaghetti because of the over mixing ? Just saying!!!!😊 But all the rest was fine !!!! From an old chef and artisanal bread maker for 40 years now ! And love how you eat also..😊😊😊..

Great question! I’ve tested a lot. If I feel comfortable enough with parts of a recipe or the process in general, I’ll film the first test in case I feel good about the outcome. This was one of those instances. It really came out great!

If you’re not making a bolognese you need a touch of sugar to balance the acidity but the wine does the trick here ladies and gents. You don’t need additional sugar

I made this tonight except i added feta cheese and bundle of fresh basil and it just kicked it up a notch! So SO amazing+😢❤😭 and so super creamy!
