En el segundo nivel, hizo falta un baño, por la cantidad de personas que viajan en el bus, casi 60 y por los recorridos largos que se realizan. Muy lujoso y confortable. IMPRESIONANTE.

The customer is able to spec the bus to their heart's content. You can have it in a four abreast (2+2) configuration, three abreast (1+2) configuration or a two abreast (1+1) configuration just like you can have other options such as an in-seat entertainment system, WiFi, carpet or tile flooring, galley with carts etc. Thing is it all depends on what the customer wants. Companies where I'm from are varied, some are no-frills companies with a dense 2+2 seating conf. and limited leg/knee room while other companies are super luxury so they kit their buses out with luxurious options for passengers. Some having a two class configuration, one being a business class (usually on the main deck) with 1+2 or 1+1 seating so their passengers can enjoy a wider seat. Customers also have the option of spacing behind each seat. So how the bus's cabin is, just like an airline, is purely up to the customer. There is no "it's supposed to look like this" here. I hope I've enlightened you.

Not Brazilian. MCV is an Egyptian coachbuilder from Cairo. And they build buses and coaches on various chassis, not only Mercedes.

MİLANO REM absolutely agree with you. Old style dashboard,manual gearbox,even steering wheel is made from cheap rubbish plastic. I’m absolutely don’t understand why they displayed so cheap version?! Only good is passenger seats,nothing else!
I think the chassis and probably also the engine is made by Mercedes and the rest of the bus is built by another manufacturer
I quickly researched and I was right. MCV is a company producing vehicles based on Mercedes trucks abd buses in Egypt, South Africa, Singapore and probably also in other places.
The MCV 800 is built on the Mercedes Benz OC500RF Chassis, which is also the base for quite a lot interesting coach buses around the world
