When this bus come in India
The finishing quality of the Tourismo seems to have improved to being closer to the true high end German made ones like the Travego.
The swinging armrest looks practical, better than the existing fold up-down design provided the mechanism is durable enough to withstand repeated usage ?
Notable lack of woodgrain finishing..presumably this is not marketed as luxury coach but just as 'normal premium' coach by Mercedes-Benz standards ?
I would have preferred some burr-walnut type of brown colour woodgrain finish on the dashboard, steering-wheel at least & amber coloured (not the same white colour !) instrument panel gauge needles but using flat panels instead of still using analogue displays....i suppose they reserve such higher level specifications for the higher end Travego models instead ?
In this upcoming age of EV's, Daimler should also look into the electric coach with solar roof cells (take full advantage of the large roof area in buses & coaches)....don't need to wait for Tesla to be the 1st to produce an electric coach !
