  • If you are feeling reactive, tense, irritable, have trouble focusing, attending to details, remembering your own name, you may be living in 2024. 😒 While these feelings and thoughts of unsteadiness can feel normal, they are not necessary, no matter how much our overtaxed nervous systems feel.
    The antidote to tension in body and mind is to ground, breathe, focus on body sensation, and remember our connection to the Earth. So, here I am standing in my garden, literally, to flow with you in this simple standing qi gong routine.
    Breathe with me, imagine a change; a flow of energy, calm, balance, peace and harmony. As we imagine together, we create change, one beautiful heart and mind at a time.
