The way Sarabi asks how Scar saw the look in Mufasa’s eyes when he claimed he didn’t make it to the gorge on time, and the look on Scar’s face as a result, is my favorite part of this scene. You can hear the realization and pure, seething hatred in Sarabi’s voice, and you could see how Scar screwed himself over badly as a result of being too cocky and arrogant.
yeah, you can really feel the anger in her voice.. when she said: so how could you see the fear in Mufasa's eyes?, it felt like a shock.. yes, they gave her better moments

I like it when Scar slammed his claws into Simba paws, he actually roared in pain compare to the original one, where when Scar did that to Simba he didn’t even screamed or roar in pain.
Maybe Simba has a higher pain tolerance in the original movie

I love this moment and how they empowered more to Nala, make her truly much more brave.. And truly it reflect how she waited for that moment all her life, to fight for her home.
If there’s one thing I like about the live action Lion King, It’s how they improved Sarabi. Instead of going down in one hit in the Animated movie she stands her ground against Scar and even fights back. Also she spotted the thread in Scar’s lies and exposed him as Mufasa’s true murderer without even hearing what he whispered to Simba. No doubt she’s enraged at what Scar did to her husband and now her son

I think that deep down, Sarabi knew that scar was in some way part of the death of her mate. But she couldn't really prove it...
Sarabi probably did know due to the fact that she knows he is a very dirty lion who shows no respect for the others
Simba was actually far more powerful than scar in the live action
Realistically he’s not supposed to be due to his genetics.
Simba is still really young aswell. In his prime he’d be stronger than mufasa

“Kill them all” the best line in the whole movie in my opinion, it just shows that scar will kill (or have someone kill) anyone as he only cares about himself and being king, he doesn’t care what happens to the pridelands and has no concept on how to properly rule a kingdom such as this.

One additional feature for the 2019 version is pop singer Beyoncé providing the adult voice of Nala and British comedian John Oliver playing the character Zazu replacing the Mr. Bean and Johnny English actor Rowan Atkinson from the original 1994 version. A new film for The Lion King trilogy is released earlier this year in the form of Mufasa: The Lion King and it's coming soon in theaters. A Disney Junior TV show counterpart is launched in the form of The Lion Guard. The TV show version adds Simba's young son Kion in an attempt to shield the Pride Lands from further harm by the hyenas led by Janja.

The way they animated the fight looked greater than the cartoon one
I agree, because in the original Scar attacked Simba when he put burning ashes on Simba face, and that when it got really boring because all you see them pushing each other till finally they started fighting again. Here in the remake they actually fought and they don’t push each other, and they fought like real lions how they fight.

It is a shame that Scar killed Mufasa in this movie cause Mufasa always had his back
Pumbaa fighting the hyenas might look ridiculous to some, but real life warthogs (and their wild boar cousins) have been known to take down their attackers if running away isn’t possible. I once saw a video of two rather large (domestic) pigs chase away a black bear that tried to kill them. This also unfortunately applies to human hunters dumb enough to antagonize wild boar. Oh, and warthogs, pigs, and their relatives, are much smarter than we give them credit for. This also applies to hyenas. We see in the film that when they corner Scar at the bottom of Pride Rock, the hyenas surround their former leader to prevent him from escaping. A couple hyenas divert Scar’s attention, allowing others to attack Scar from behind. What happens next? Let’s just say Scar’s death wasn’t super quick.

I just noticed the 1994 battle version with the lions against the hyenas and scar lasted only 3 minutes. 2019 verison lasted 5 minutes. A lot more action means a lot more to enjoy
