I honestly don't know. Some kind of a bug that places them under the ground. Could be the Transparent Windows mod that I'm using, but I haven't tested it out yet to confirm it yet. Could also be Persistent Dungeons.
@@GrimfangsTV I wonder if it'll make someone important impossible to find. Do those mods come with commentary that might let people know about the bugs?
@@thethegreenmachine It's happened to me before. I don't think the mod pages come with that warning either. But if you know where they're typically supposed to be, you can look at the ground in their usual location and interact with them just fine. This is also probably exacerbated by the fact that cities are built on a higher level. I've had this bug in dungeons as well, but all it does is make the enemies shorter than you over there. Then again, it could be a DFU thing because I remember another person's post on Reddit where his contact was half stuck through the roof of the establishment.
