DOOO NOT DO THIS! Y'all... I "recalled" a message I sent out to save my ass and my boss just went up to my the day after letting me know that even if a person doesn't open it the email is still there. They just get a second email letting them know your trying to recall it LMAO. Literally tells them you don't want them to read it basically and yes they still have access to seeing it (the old one) what an embarrassment

That depends on some settings on recipient outlook, the default is to delete it.

I sent an email to someone not in our company and choosed recall after maybe 2 minutes. I received an email from that company saying like this : you are trying to recall this email, please clarify.

If it's a different company it depends on how the outlook is configured on their side.

May be the ribbon is collapsed or the tabs are removed using customize ribbon, restore the ribbon then you should see the tabs.
