Hi everyone, just a friendly reminder that if you see a comment or reply from a WhatsApp telephone number, it is a scam. Please don’t click on it. I try my best to report these to RUclips, but I just wanted to make you aware. Thank you so much for being here!
Hi from Annie in Australia, you always looks so well put together and having do modeling from such a young age has taught you a lot on how to present yourself so well. Your mum looks great in some of those old pictures there you both look like sisters.Such lovely memories of your life there while growing up, bet you are very proud of course. I almost became a model at 17yrs of age but after going on a practice photo shoot in a country town to watch what goes on I was put off as they told me all models need to do nudes if they want to become a some one. I did not like that so after a shoot in my bathers said no more to them I was not doing nudes and then gave up the notion of modeling. Back then I had a great figure was 34"..24"..34" those were my body measurements it was always ideal to have perfect numbers which meant that the waist was ten inches less than bust and hips. I wish I could turn the clock back as often I look at those old pictures of myself too from years ago and now in my early 60's can't say I like my figure. After my C section 43yrs ago that lower stomach hangs a bit where they did the cut, they went through the muscles that were very tight then from many sit ups etc. After the C section could not do sit ups it was very sore and scar tissue formed which as you know can cause problems years later. Then the depression and over eating of comfort foods for years did not help, I raised my only child on my own no help from anyone, was isolated and on my own it caused lots of anxiety and I ate too many comfort foods etc did a lot of walking so it kept me in balance, I stayed at about 9 stone. But as years went by that crept up gradually. I like to watch you it inspires me to look my best and I do try.
I am going to turn 70 in a few days and spent a lot of my life being self conscious over my tall, skinny self. Now I look back at old pictures and think “dang, you were a real cutie!” My advice to younger women is to embrace your beautiful, wonderful, marvelous body…God doesn’t make mistakes. PS would love another video on posing for pictures!
Gosh Dominique, thanks for sharing. You have always looked fantastic but I think you look even better now. I've been on that walk through memory lane and got a bit depressed, you know, how good you looked at the time and didn't even appreciate it. I'm in my early 60ies and I am just grateful to wake up.....and to wake up without any little aches and pains. Of course I still want to look my best, I'm my own worst critic, but in the end, especially when you do have that ache and or pain, you're just grateful to be here....to care for your loved ones, to care for your pets, to care for people in need. I know you will understand what I'm talking about. Lots of love...and thank you so much
@@GabbyGirl73, indeed,. She's clearly had quite a few procedures done and while I don't think there's anything wrong with that -more power to her - I think it's a little misleading when she makes claims such as only using whitening toothpaste on her perfect teeth, when it is very easy to see they have been professionally bleached and very likely veneers.
@@shoegal7 I think she mentioned back in another Q&A video. Mine look like hers, but I never sucked my thumb, or had any issues. Was lucky with straight teeth, but weak gums. oh well. Lol
I'm sitting here in my den. Getting over covid, so home from work. Watching you going down memory lane with your RUclips family. Thank you that. What an amazing life you have had so far. And continue to have. Love to see pictures of your beautiful mom and your son who isn't so little anymore. Thank you for sharing.
This was so kind of you to share with us. Videos like this one, where you simply just sit and talk to us like you do with your friends, are what makes your channel so special. Thank you for the lovely content. 🍀
You're more than happy to do part 2. It was really interesting to see more of your life in pictures. Especially since I, as a Swede, have not seen you on TV, but discovered you here on RUclips . You are a true source of inspiration. Thank you for being you.
so much fun to see how fashion changes over the years... we think we look great at the time but then in hindsight we cringe and laugh... thanks for sharing a few laughs with us!
Wow! What a great look back!! The common thread in all of these shots is your professionalism, your ease in front of the camera, your naturalness and your joie de vivre. You are just dynamite!!!!! Thank you for sharing these 🙏❤
What a precious library of photos you have, complete with such fun memories! I didn’t think anyone would remember “Sun In” but that sure brought back memories of those strawberry tints we loved spraying on our hair back then! I enjoyed hearing all the amazing stories attached to your photos. Please do more of these when you find more old photos!
I enjoyed revisiting this video, your life in photos and the back stories. Photos are treasures. For several years you have been my weekly go to channel. Keep on truckin' Dominique! Hello to your Mom, Styles, Oscar and all the ladies who are a part of your community!
I enjoyed listening & seeing “your reaction” as you told the story of each pictures. You were simply adorable 🥰. The Cavalli dress, such lovely story. You & Mom in those shoots..so special. 💕
That was SO MUCH fun for my Saturday evening! Once I hit 50 it seems like I never see my girlfriends anymore! Some moved away, others are helping out parents, children, and just…..LIFE! Going through your photos gave me that missed feeling of girlfriend closeness I miss!
I can relate to almost every hairstyle you have in your photos and most of the clothes too! I had many suits/dresses etc. straight skirts with those peplum frills at the waistline. It's amazing how totally different you look in them - obviously your face is slimmer and more defined but you were still very lovely back then. WOW, Audrey looks FAB in that shot of you together such a great figure!
I really enjoyed looking at the photos of your life's journey as a model and all the mag covers. I have been watching you for over 3 years now and have learned so much relating to fashion, makeup, life encouragement and just sometimes "fun" videos!! I admire your acknowledgement to "faith" in your life and can see how no matter what God has in store for us, we can always handle it with thankfulness, joy, and just plain grit, as we get through it all!! I'm going back a few years, but I really got alot out of the monthly letters reflecting on self and the collaged envelope of pictures that were to reflect on our goals and challenges and changes in the year, as we kept track of how we did each month..thank you for the videos each week!!. Love your new apartment and you come across as being content in the "changes" that have occurred in your life the past months. Also enjoyed your book.. don't give up writing!!
Dearest Dominque you are a true inspiration to women of every age. You are down to earth and are making a big difference to all of us who watch you regularly. Thank you for being so positive and sharing your inspiration. 🌸
How fun to walk down "memory lane" with you! Oh YES, how well I remember the BIG hair and shoulder pads...LOL! You look so peaceful, happy, and as always, BEAUTIFUL! Thanks for a fun watch! Sending love and blessings your way!
How fun to be able to have all these and reminisce. I think I see the biggest change in you between the 1990's and 2,000. You just keep getting better!
Loved learning about YOU! This was really special. I believe it's important for all of us to review our accomplishments periodically, especially during those reset periods in our lives. You are glowing. Thank you for sharing, Dominique. 💖
This is the first comment I have ever made on RUclips but your latest video has moved me to do so ! I really enjoyed seeing your lovely photographs, to see all you have done and achieved over the years. Love your style and natural confidence. Well done Dominique for a most entertaining video
Thank you for sharing your photo album! You are, and have always been, very talented and beautiful! You were en pointe with the big hair, ruffles, and trends from the past. You wore them all beautifully!
Wonderful memories ❤Thank you for sharing 🙏 I am 43 of age, will be turning 44 this year in June. Originally, I am from Romania, but I have chosen to challenge myself since age of 14, getting a job, then spare jobs while in high school and learning multiple languages, so I can apply for jobs overseas. I first emigrated in Austria at age of 19, then moved to Italy, where I continued working and studying abroad. In 2003, I met my husband and decided two years later to apply for lottery visa, and came to United States in 2006 🙂 I believe life is a journey of exploration, traveling and experiencing new places, and options, while learning about how to embrace the environment of this beautiful world.
Dominique, I just can’t express enough how much I have enjoyed this! Seeing you as a young beautiful woman evolving into a gorgeous, strong and confident woman. Thank you for sharing. This is just wonderful 🥰
I believe I say this about all your videos, but this one really was great and it touched me. I'm 56, and I love looking back on photos I had taken. It's fun, sentimental and emotional. I felt just that with yours, though I've been following you for a few years. Thank you for sharing your journey. I've learned a lot from you that was inside, but now it's on the surface and I've never felt better! ❤️
I have always felt like we we're friends and now going down memory lane with you, even more! You are my fav on you tube, always look forward to Thursday's !🙏 Stay blessed!
So much fun--thank you for sharing! I'm 53 and seeing the photos of the clothes and hairstyles was like taking a stroll down Memory Lane. I wasn't blessed with your naturally curly hair, so it was a decade of perms for me! You're a beauty inside and out! P.S. That Roberto Cavalli dress is STUNNING!
Very beautiful memories, which are worth cherishing because they define you as the woman you are today. A warm and compassionate woman for everyone around her! A warm hug from me!💚
What a blast from the past! How fun to go through “treasures” and now you have a video to go with it. Would love a video on getting you colors done (there’s people that even do this for you) finding the right shade of yellow or red for you. Also would love a video on how you make you tube videos, how you edit ect. What tips would you give someone who wants to get started. ❤️
Dominique, You are a stunning woman and I admire all the success you have accomplished. You are my role model, though I'm well over 15 years your age! I worked 35 years at a very well known newspaper company and I continue to work but now I work at a higher education institution, and retirement is not even on my spectrum! I need to pull my photos and walk down memory lane too! Thank you so much for sharing your life with us. Again, I admire you so and you continue to inspirer me! Have a blessed day, week and month!
You’re like a chameleon with being able to have so much variety in your clothes and your make up and your hair styles and your hair colors! You look amazing on each and every one of these prints! Being able to have a magazine cover with your son is really special as well!! Really thought the health and fitness magazine with your hair a little bit longer and the color of it looks outstanding.
OMG I really enjoy this kind of videos, I can literally seat with my cup of coffee and just watch your story of life for hours if you want to make it that long !! You are such a beauty Dominique, I'm so glad I found you !!! You are the swettie person here on RUclips, never change please !!!
So fun to see your looks through the years! I have a new physical therapy patient in College Station whose son worked with you. When I mentioned your name her face lit up. I loved that!
Just lovely, you and your pics down memory lane. Keep doing what you're doing; you put everything into perspective....love, life, self worth, and it's always about the make-up!! NO MATTER WHAT THE AGE!! Love your videos!
Thank you for this lovely ‘throw-back’ video! You took me with you and I laughed with you because I, too, wore the same fashion, the hair and the shared wardrobe with mum!!! 😹Love your Max too!!
I'm so glad you shared these with us! You've had an awesome career and this has been so much fun and you have been a beautiful lady from day one of your career! ❤️
Watching HGTV and catching up on your RUclipss. I must say this is one of my favorites! I'm the one that actually likes looking at other people's vacation photos, so taking a trip down memory lane with you was super fun. Thank you for sharing with us.
This was fun! As a cancer warrior still fighting stage four metastatic breast cancer and undergoing six reconstructive surgeries as well as losing the hair, brows, and lashes…this made me want to take a picture walk down memory lane. You’re beautiful at every stage and have a personality to match. Thanks for this! 🙏😊❤️
From the sunny south of France I send you my warmest best wishes. One of my best friends has just been given the all-clear after fighting for two years and a half ; there's always hope. Wishing you the best and " bon courage et tous mes voeux de guérison " as we say here.
Hi Dominique! What a wonderful video! You have done a journey of your looks through the years and I love it; your hair style (it reminds me some curly hair that I wore too) , clothing..but the most important thing is your personality, you still that same person from inside out..Thank you for sharing with us those years in your life. Blessings for you ♡
Truly was an enjoyable time viewing this video as if looking at old photographs with a good friend. Love the nostalgic mags and history of your career. Found it to be very relaxing for a Sunday afternoon!
Love this!!! Styles looks 💯 % the same, just as adorable as ever and you and Mama are stunning as ever!!! Thanks for sharing, your comments were so cute 🥰
This was so much fun to see. You had so much style all through the years...even with all of the various clothing and hairstyles you were and still are beautiful! This was great!
Dominique, Love your ride down memory lane. I would not through any of it out. This is your history and what an amazing history it is. Congrats to an amazing, beautiful life.
Hi Dominique, I just love you. I'm in my seventies and enjoy your videos so much. You"re a blessing to so many of us girls. You are so real! Thank you xxxs
As a Houstonian who has watched you on Ch. 2 my entire adult life, this was awesome! So fun to go down memory lane. You're definitely a Houston treasure!
What wonderful pictures and your hair is just beautiful and so is your Mom. This is a great walk down memory lane Dominique. We are so happy you are taking us with you. That is a great blue dress and will never go out of style. I have so much enjoyed this video and what a wonderful, exciting walk today. Thank you so much Dominique and we love you.🌹
completely adore you! beautiful on the inside and out. was wondering if sometime you could do a 'i have 5 minutes before i leave the house and this is the minimum of makeup' tutorial. :)
It was So Great to take a trip down memory lane with Dominique's life & journey's! So much of society puts such emphasis on the "beauty of youth", however, I think that there is something to be said for beauty of a life well lived. All of our triumphs & challenges make up the constitution of who we are, & that radiates from within. As beautiful as Dominique was in her youth, I feel that she is So much more beautiful NOW, specifically because of what radiates from within! Granted, she IS beautiful on the outside alone, but I see MANY women who have the beauty on the "outside", but on the inside, are vapid & shallow, without ANY depth of character, grace, compassion, nor empathy. I Don't see them as "beautiful" At All! Dominique possesses All of those wonderful qualities that ARE what truly makes someone Truly beautiful. Those qualities make someone have a glow from within & that forms an energy that then radiates out into the world, making it a better place for all! Energy IS EVERYTHING! And kindness & compassion mean more than anything in this world! Pure heartfelt LOVE CAN Change the World! Dominique radiates ALL of this & more! I believe this is why so many women are drawn to her. Dominique is way more then a "beauty influencer", I feel that she is truly at her core, a life coach.
It amazes me how veneers and rhinoplasty can change a person! WOW! It is so wonderful to have those options when we don't like the way our Creator created us. Feeling confident in our skin sometimes does require us to alter things. I know. Thank you for sharing these pictures. A walk down memory lane.....very sweet.
This is a great video. I love looking at old pictures and seeing how everything has changed! I myself, in the 80’s, had the biggest hair of anybody I knew, thanks to perms, and big shoulder pads too! I’m a bit older than you, so I also had my “hippie look” in the 70’s…I guess we call it “boho” now. Thanks for sharing!🌹
Dominique, I am also a native Houstonian, the Palais Royal stores are closed now. Then there was Stage Stores, and now they're also closed. I enjoyed watching this video because I know all the places you mentioned in Houston. I'm now retired and live in the Deep Piney Woods in East Texas, but this brought up a lot of memories of my younger years... thank you for sharing 😍🙏
I so enjoyed every bit of your career in pictures. You showed your beauty, style choices, finesse, and professionalism, which is totally you, with joyful exultation of spirit in everything that you do! Thank you for showing us every side of your personality over the years, that is so fabulously you💖~Love always Lindsay
How about a video on hiding the hollow under eyes that we get as we age? Using makeup as opposed to fillers or Botox. Great walk down memory lane with your pics!
I really enjoyed this video, looking back at the years of your life and learning how you became the person you are today. You are such an inspiration to all the women out there. Love all your videos. Take care and God bless.
I always get a feeling of joy when I see you have posted each week. One again this week did not disappoint. Got my coffee & enjoyed all you shared. Thank you for the work to put these out. Be blessed!
Hi everyone, just a friendly reminder that if you see a comment or reply from a WhatsApp telephone number, it is a scam. Please don’t click on it. I try my best to report these to RUclips, but I just wanted to make you aware. Thank you so much for being here!
Thank you.
I received one a couple of weeks ago and deleted.
First one I received I freaked 😆 then I learned how to report it!
YOu are much prettier today than you were much younger and you were very pretty then!
This is so true and great wisdom. I do the same!
Amen to that!
this is such wonderful advice.
I agree about both the new perspective on younger body AND posing for pictures tutorial!😁
Yes yes yes. To all you young girls…… you are beautiful just being you. At 60 I’m just starting to accept myself as I am.

What a treat this video is. I completely enjoyed seeing all of the styles and hair changes. Thank you and you are a blessing to many 👍🏻
Just lovely, you and your pics down memory lane.
Your ability to share and show your humanity is magnificent ! Thank you for that enjoyable trip . Thanks, Inis Cohen
Loved this video! It was so great to see you through the years and so fun for me to remember the fashion of the time. Thank you!
My first summer job during high school was at Palais Royale. Brings back memories. Thanks for sharing yours.
I wish you the very best of luck
I am a cancer survivor. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hang in there. You got this!!
Fun exactly! This made my weekend! Feeling like teenagers we are forever at heart- going through photos again!
God bless you in your fight!🙏🏻💕
From the sunny south of France I send you my warmest best wishes. One of my best friends has just been given the all-clear after fighting for two years and a half ; there's always hope. Wishing you the best and " bon courage et tous mes voeux de guérison " as we say here.
Hi Dominique! What a wonderful video! You have done a journey of your looks through the years and I love it; your hair style (it reminds me some curly hair that I wore too) , clothing..but the most important thing is your personality, you still that same person from inside out..Thank you for sharing with us those years in your life.
Blessings for you ♡
You seem to have lived a very charmed life, AND you are aging so well! I am 59 so you do inspire me!
Truly was an enjoyable time viewing this video as if looking at old photographs with a good friend. Love the nostalgic
mags and history of your career. Found it to be very relaxing for a Sunday afternoon!

Just Wonderful to see your life and career unfold in the Fotos. Love your mom 🥰
Don't you think Dominique should be still on TV? She is a treasure.
I absolutely loved this! What a great thing to do, looking back at these photos! Thank you for sharing these.
None of the photos look like you Dominique........cool to see the old photos......:)
You tweeked, bobbed your nose. Looks really 👍 good.
This is wonderful, so many memories
Great ones! Thanks for being here..
Our history is so important on who we become. Good for you on embracing it!
Agreed.. and thank you!
You look better now than you did in your younger days!
Hi Dominique! I loved seeing all your pictures showing you work your way to the news desk!
I really enjoyed this video, looking back at the years of your life and learning how you became the person you are today. You are such an inspiration to all the women out there. Love all your videos. Take care and God bless.
Thank you for sharing
You are getting better and Better 🙏🏻❤️
Dominique I’m considering getting the sculptra treatment and would like to know what you think of it now that it’s been a few months
LOVED the pictures! This was fun to watch.....all of your different looks over the years.
Photo upload issue at 23:49?
I always get a feeling of joy when I see you have posted each week. One again this week did not disappoint. Got my coffee & enjoyed all you shared. Thank you for the work to put these out. Be blessed!
Reminds me of George Constansa’s hand modeling episode. 😂
Joey from Friends also had an episode about that
The roberto Cavalli dress is gorgeous. What a beautiful color. You look better now than in your younger days
You are such a wonderful lady and a big role model - thank you for sharing.
It's hard to look back at pictures sometimes but it is so appreciative when you think God has brought all of us through so much. ☺️ Thanks for sharing
