Make sure you allow the model to thoroughly air dry after washing and before curing, to prevent powdery looking residue on the surface.
Also good to have 2 washes!
I'm surprised Elegoo found a wash station that worked out of the box! Most folks need to modify the magnets internally to keep them from locking up with the magnets in the wash station.

Question, if the two machines are together, can the uv rays travels through the lid and into the washing station affecting the model? Or the lid prevents all uv rays from escaping? Thanks
It appears to have a single bracket to hold a print plate. Clearly that supports only one specific plate size. Which one is it?
Soooooo I ordered one set and the wash machine did not work like in this video. The cure machine looks like it works (haven’t tried it yet). The wash machine appears to “seize” at high revolutions. When the cure begins it’s spinning cycle at low velocity the spinner/agitator inside the canister spins well. The problem is when the motor gets to full speed something happens that keeps the agitator from spinning. It does not work nearly as good as what I see in this video. It might be that the magnets in the magnet plate are too strong so adding spacers was suggested as a workaround.
I have been in contact with Elegoo for MONTHS over this. I have tried everything including tightening screws to adding spacers made of plastic as well as washers with no improvement. Elegoo even sent me a replacement motor and magnet plate that goes on the inside with no improvement. I sent them back the entire kit and they’ sent me a new kit: same problem. I begged them to send me a kit with a different lot number only to have this same problem occur AGAIN. Both the service rep as well as myself were completely frustrated, and so they sent me an entirely new kit free of charge. I now have TWO of these bundles. Logic would dictate that they would check to make sure that the wash machine worked correctly before shipping, as now elegoo is at a financial loss with my purchase.

I’m at the point where I am giving up. But now that I see this video from the company showing that machine does have the ability correctly, I will contact them again.
To their credit they have been very responsive regarding this problem. I have an email thread with at least 40 posts. Note that I’m in the US and so need to send a message and expect a response overnight since they are in china.
I just want this wash machine to work as well is the one in this video. I don’t want free anything. I just want this to work. Is too much to ask?

Maybe just don't use high speed revs? Have you tried different outlets or a friend's house or an uninterruptible power supply?
Edit to add: i don't mean to sound like a prick your experience is a fucking nightmare like my watch that was about 1100 bucks but has been sent back to the factory in France like 4 times, and each time takes about a month to come back(which is actually not that bad as far as watches go)
Update: the wash machine seized permanently. I now attach a cheap egg beater/ mixer and set it for five minutes. I mcgyvered some paddles I purchased from Amazon. This setup does a very good job of cleaning incited resin although it makes the whole garage reek of IPA. I gave up on the wash machine.
I noticed that it will do this with no liquid inside, but when you add water it works perfectly.
The Curing Station doesnt work. The Lights are on but it dont rotate :(
Hello, I've got Elegoo Saturn 3 - i would like to wash my prints with PLATFORM from saturn 3, couse ive got very gentle models. Does a printing PLATFORM from saturn 3 fit with this container from mercury X ?
If you balance the tray over the alcohol, will it get went and affect the resin when you put it back on your machine? Will it need drying first?
Be sure to dry the model before curing it.
I ordered the Mars 3 Pro and the stand alone Mercury Curing station (it's on the way) how can I order the Wash station alone ?

worst garbage ever my washer broke 3 months in no fix it. light so weak it sad 249.99 CAD wast of money so many video on to fix the washer meaning many have issues. hate to buy one of you printers omg
