That happened to me, I went to meet a customer to drop off her order she sent her brother who didn’t know me and I had her box in a Texas Roadhouse Restaurant bag when I handed it to him he said, I didn’t order any food from Uber eats 😂😂 I said sorry this is all I had and told him to apologize for me smh 🤦🏽♀️
🤣 Atleast he had a sense of humor next time what you can also do if it’s last minute Michaels has paper bags that come in a pack of 12 they have different colors as well. If you have stickers of your logo you can just stick it on the bag or whole punch your business card and tie it on the bag with a string. We all have to start from somewhere your true customers will understand.

@keepingupwithKi can you further explain keeping up with inventory at the op up and online ? you move the items you sold at the popup into the cart online and then do what?
Yes, so I was able to do this with my Shopify account. You can use the main app or if you have the chip and swipe you can use the Shopify pos app. All you do is click on the icons that say order and your going to create a new order and simply add whatever they purchase. Once I was done I also added their name and phone number so that you can send the receipt through text message. Once your done just apply the form of payment. This will automatically remove the items from your inventory once they pay and you mark fulfilled. Let me know if you have anymore questions
