Hey guys. Not sure if you mentioned in the discussion after, but the Grand Inquisitor and the Fifth Brother are both from Rebels. Third Sister (Reva) is brand new. This is who has shown up in canon so far (minus comics because I haven’t read enough to comment): Grand Inquisitor (Obi Wan and Rebels) Second Sister (Fallen Order) Third Sister (Obi Wan) Fourth Sister (Obi Wan - episode 2) Fifth Brother (Obi Wan and Rebels) Seventh Sister (Rebels) Eighth Brother (Rebels) Ninth Sister (Fallen Order) Yes…I love those damn inquisiting fools 😁 Hope that helps!
Did you notice Obi Wan changed his voice when talking to Owen in town to sound more like Alec Guinness but speaks normally in other contexts? That may just have been me but I thought that was the case.
Bail Organa was correct - Obi-wan isn't just responsible for Luke. Leia plays a huge role in the Rebellion so this shows how Obi-wan and Leia get to know each other. Great first 2 episodes.
Also, remember, the Grand Inquisitor was a Jedi, actually a Jedi Temple Guard, one of the one escorting Ashoka around during her trial and seeing how wrong the Jedi were during that, and Ahsoka leaving the order
Now I better understand what Obi Wan meant when Maul tries to insult him by showing disdain for what he’s become and Kenobi replies: “Look what I’ve risen above.”
I love your videos guys. I’m still learning everything in the Star Wars universe and you guys always help with teaching me. I love your reactions and well continue to tune in. Keep it up!!
Re Reviewmageddon, my mother used to tell us the streetcar she rode to work in the 30s ran steeply down a hill into a park. It was so scary the conductors would call out "This is it ladies, grab your hats, rats and false teeth!"
You guys didn't talk about it here, but one of those little kids at the beginning during the Order 66 scene was absolutely the Third Sister. She's bitter towards Obi-Wan and blames him for her trauma, because he failed as Anakin's master, and ruined her life as a result. Vader is probably throwing gas on that fire too. HATRED, classic dark side temptation. They're setting up a redemption arc for her that will run parallel with Obi-Wan coming to terms with his failure, and accepting that the Anakin he loved truly is gone. She may get a lightsaber through her at some point, but it won't be Obi-Wan's. Probably Vader's.
Loooooove the actress for little Leia. :) She's so snarky, Carrie would be so proud. And I love to think maybe she's such a good judge of character because she's got that Skywalker blood
I have nothing against Alden Erinreich but Kristian Harloff put it best. This girl feels like Leia, both in the writing in performance. I can buy she’s young Carrie fisher - Leia. I didn’t feel the same about Solo.
@@OptionZero It's probably much easier to cast different actors for the kid version of characters over a younger but still adult version of the character, that said I agree. Leia was perfect here and younger Han was fine but didn't quite click.

I think the Luke->Leia bait and switch was well played. I know it was hard to watch the younglings scene. But there was a black girl among them. I'm wondering if she is a survivor who turned dark. I'm wondering if this will be about her destruction or her redemption?

Listening to these people complain all the time has just become so draining and its quite depressing actually. I'm just here to enjoy whatever they give us, cause who knows how long Star wars is gonna be around.
I really think that Leia's tear down of her cousin was a moment of Force intuition. It just seemed to come to her suddenly and was way too specific for the general ability of being able to "read" people. I think by the end of this we'll see Leia start to come into her own Force abilities and Obi-Wan is going to offer to train her but he's shot down since her parents want her to go into public service and to keep that side of her hidden for her own safety. Then, later on when all those reasons for her to keep that side of her hidden are gone (Vader and Palpatine are dead, Alderaan and her parents are gone and she's an even bigger target as a leader in the New Republic) she decides it's a good idea to have some self-defense and approaches Luke to train her.

I love the genuine enthusiasm and positivity you guys always show, its a breath of fresh air amongst all the negativity in the fandom.👍
Hey guys. Not sure if you mentioned in the discussion after, but the Grand Inquisitor and the Fifth Brother are both from Rebels. Third Sister (Reva) is brand new. This is who has shown up in canon so far (minus comics because I haven’t read enough to comment):
Grand Inquisitor (Obi Wan and Rebels)
Second Sister (Fallen Order)
Third Sister (Obi Wan)
Fourth Sister (Obi Wan - episode 2)
Fifth Brother (Obi Wan and Rebels)
Seventh Sister (Rebels)
Eighth Brother (Rebels)
Ninth Sister (Fallen Order)
Yes…I love those damn inquisiting fools 😁 Hope that helps!
Did you notice Obi Wan changed his voice when talking to Owen in town to sound more like Alec Guinness but speaks normally in other contexts? That may just have been me but I thought that was the case.
I think Qui Gon didn’t show up yet cuz Kenobi has disconnected himself from the force like the way Luke did cuz he feels like he failed the galaxy
Bail Organa was correct - Obi-wan isn't just responsible for Luke. Leia plays a huge role in the Rebellion so this shows how Obi-wan and Leia get to know each other. Great first 2 episodes.
I was hoping for punchy Adam & Jay and we sure got it 😂 Love it guys! Thanks for your dedication!
Also, remember, the Grand Inquisitor was a Jedi, actually a Jedi Temple Guard, one of the one escorting Ashoka around during her trial and seeing how wrong the Jedi were during that, and Ahsoka leaving the order
Omg I love that you snapped your fingers after Leias burn, I did too when I saw it 😂👏
Now I better understand what Obi Wan meant when Maul tries to insult him by showing disdain for what he’s become and Kenobi replies: “Look what I’ve risen above.”
I love your videos guys. I’m still learning everything in the Star Wars universe and you guys always help with teaching me. I love your reactions and well continue to tune in. Keep it up!!
Pretty sure Fifth Brother was one of the main Inquisitors in Rebels alongside Seventh Sister.
haha was scrolling through to see if someone brought this up. ya he was in rebels for a bit with the 7th sister and fought Ahsoka
@@JonRunner88. What do you mean for a (bit) the 5th brother and the 7th sister were literally the main inquisitors chasing the ghost crew
@@drewwar9344 yes but not for the whole show eventually things shifted to Thrawn and the inquisitors fell by the wayside
The absolute complete joy on both of your faces is literally everything 😍😍😍
Sending so much love to you both xxx
Couldn't wait to see y'all's reaction to baby Leia!
Re Reviewmageddon, my mother used to tell us the streetcar she rode to work in the 30s ran steeply down a hill into a park. It was so scary the conductors would call out "This is it ladies, grab your hats, rats and false teeth!"
Yo, this show totally head juked me. I was not expecting young Leia. Amazing idea.
I'm glad that Bail's the one who's closer to Leia because it's Padme's daughter. It's just as important to him as Luke is to Obi-Wan as Anakin's son.
In the Shadows of the Empire, Xizor's name is pronounced "She-zoor", if that matters.
Thank you!!
8:45 I was actually waiting for that bar guy to say "They call you the Jedi Hunter" when the Grand Inquisitor asked "Do you know who we are?"
I've been waiting all day for you guys. And as always they do not disappoint.
Man I knew when I watched the episode and he flashed the Lightsaber at the end Jay was going to do exactly what he did, and I needed it. Needed all the “yeah man”s 😂💪🏼👍🏼
You know I had to click the Thumbs up as soon as you sing your theme song. Love it !!! As usual you both make me so happy.🤗🤗🤗
back on the video grind, big hype for these reactions!~ thanks guys!!
I’ve been waiting for this one!! Have a safe trip Jay!
I just wanted to say thank you for doing these reactions guys! Keep it up!
I was so afraid of that scene with the younglings after what happened this week.
I literally don't have friends nerdy enough to get why this is so exciting to me, but I'll just say it here... Does anyone else think this is (retroactively granted) why Leia would go on to know that Obi-Wan Kenobi was a wise choice to be her "only hope"?
Edit... I just got to the part where Jay said the same thing 😂
I'm absolutely loving the late night energy!! Sometimes you just need to burn the oil to light the brightest.
The sand salmon be like "It's Omega-3. From the corridor."
Bravo!!!! Nicely done! 😁
Whoever did the super cut of the prequels as a recap did a great job. I have a different understanding from Obi’s point of view.
Did you guys noticed that the very first time we meet young Leia she’s wearing the iconic rebel alliance orange and white colors
Another awesome reaction, even on low sleep. 😂
Obi-Wan is clearly uncentered. You're definitely right, that's why he can't connect with Quigon. And you're absolutely right, that this emotional grappling is exactly what we wanted. 🙌
At the reception at the Organa's when Y-O served drink to Leia, I saw 3PO and R2 in the background!!! I cried!!! Perfect casting for young Leia!!!!
yours was the first must go to channel for watching my first reaction video to this absolutely awesome new chapter of Star Wars - you both are the best
Yall’s version of Duel of the Fates had me giggling so hard hahahahah I just love you guys :)
I was having the same reaction at 13:50 just cause it was such a sweet and pleasant surprise to get to see a young Leia, because that was a complete secret surprise, because we only knew about seeing a young Luke from the trailers.
The fact that they kept the Leia secret is so good. Seeing Alderaan so lively before...well you know...is such a treat. And the actress is so GOOD. I can't wait to see how this story goes.
We have two Inquisitors from Rebels: The Grand Inquisitor and The Fifth Brother
Questionable on the grand inquisitor…
@@jinxie712 It isn’t questionable, that’s him. The only reason he looks different is the same reason Ahsoka looks different, which is that it would be harder to perform and to do action scenes with the normal design
Logan_Brit Eh…I don’t know. Maybe they get a new grand inquisitor.
@@logan_brit not gonna say why I think it’s questionable… But the timing is a little off. And it’s not because of the way he looks.
@@Jbluez1 I don’t think they would get another Grand Inquisitor that is the same race as this one unless they cloned him or something, which I doubt
Jay looks so happy and I just love watching him tearing down.
Late to the party here but just have to say I hecking love the energy you two have when you’re really looking forward to something. Never fails to make me smile.
I think the Luke->Leia bait and switch was well played.
I know it was hard to watch the younglings scene. But there was a black girl among them. I'm wondering if she is a survivor who turned dark. I'm wondering if this will be about her destruction or her redemption?
I love this show already, but seeing how excited you guys are is double enjoyable. lol
Once again, john Williams knocks it out of the park with the theme. Natalie Holt also did an amazing job.
Just happy to be enjoying more Star Wars, wish more people could sit back and enjoy it for what it is instead of picking it apart.
Exactly! Like I get y'all are traumatized by the sequels, but that doesn't mean you gotta be such a downer about new Star Wars content. It's actually gotten to the point where I've just stopped interacting with the fandom altogether. Listening to these people complain all the time has just become so draining and its quite depressing actually. I'm just here to enjoy whatever they give us, cause who knows how long Star wars is gonna be around.
Havent seen anyone being negative towards this series yet
Don’t visit Reddit…it’s being brutalized
This was so unexpected but I LOVE this! I see that Leia was already a little sassy smart-mouth from the start😂
7:40 I'm going to say this at every party I get invited to from now on. LMAO!
A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away.. Manta Ray Jim and Beta Ray Bill were sailing the cosmos...
"Sandmon" "Jedi Sandta"
They were right there in front of you!
Oh man I really hope you guys got some sleep after this! Great video!
